I was bewildered when I first tried to enter the restaurant, a crew member stoped me and did not want to let me inside even though I mentioned I was interested in vegan food and no I do not hope to find any meat in menu. After I finally managed to get inside nobody showed be an available table. Instead i was given a menu and who knows may be I'd had to order food right at the entrance standing on my feet if I had not asked for a permission to take a seat first.
It felt like i had to pass the gatekeeper and prove I can get inside and this is not a warmly welcome experience at all.

Read moreOld review below. New review: if you want customer service DO NOT go at lunchtime. The restaurant is FULL of grab/gojek/goviet delivery drivers waiting for online orders.
