At about 5 o'clock, I made a reservation and it only gave me the option of 20:45 or later. When we got there at the reserved time, the restaurant was almost completely empty (only one table occupied), so it makes no sense that we couldn't come earlier. Also, from the moment we got there it felt like we were unwanted and it was very noisy despite the fact that almost no one was there. Non of the staff knew English very well and although we very clearly said one of the noodles and one platter, which they repeated after us to make sure, we only got the noodles. When we asked about the platter, they didn't understand us and said that we can't order a platter because the kitchen closed already (about 30 minutes after the earliest avaliable reservation). This is one of the older Vietnamese seafood restaurant that tries to make having a dinner a grand affair. While there are many other cheaper and more casual seafood restaurant, this place is more for people who wants a more formal restaurant to celebrate an event or impress clients.

Food wise, I must say, is pretty good. All the dishes I had were delicious and definitely slightly above what you may eat elsewhere.

They have alot of service staff and hence, service is good and pormpt. They also have a live Filipino singer belting our popular English songs. Can be quite loud and distracting at times but does add to the overall atmosphere of the place.

Price wise, as I understand, is reasonable for the place and not over priced. But it's not a cheap cheap place as there are many more casual seafood...

Came with a group of 10+ people, was offered the lower level only while music was at the second, they wouldn’t let me change spot due to reservation. We Had the whole nine yards for dinner; appetizers, salad, main course to deserts. My first time exploring this fantastic restaurant was back in 2006, i must admit the atmosphere and decor hasn’t change. The wooden look, the light ambient was amazing. The food somehow didn’t live up to my expectations: portion were small, food came out slow, re-ordered roast chicken did not have it in stock ( seem odd that a restaurant this big would not accommodate extra order).
