Over the past few years, I've had the pleasure of experiencing numerous lunch and dinner buffets, but none quite compare to Saigon Kitchen at the MGallery Hotel. From the moment you step into the restaurant, you're enveloped in a refined elegance. The ambience is immaculate, and the presentation of the food is simply stunning.
What truly sets Saigon Kitchen apart is the exceptional quality and variety of the dishes. The produce is always of the highest standard, and every single dish I've tried has been exceptional. Whether you're craving Vietnamese specialties, European delights, or fresh seafood, Saigon Kitchen offers an extensive and delectable spread.
But the experience transcends the food itself. The service at Saigon Kitchen is impeccable. The staff is attentive, friendly, and demonstrates an impressive level of professionalism. They are also incredibly flexible and accommodating to any special requests you may have. It's evident that their primary focus is ensuring a truly top-notch dining experience for every guest.
Special recognition goes to Cuong, the restaurant supervisor, whose caring, friendly, and attentive demeanor makes you feel genuinely welcome. Bich Tram deserves high praise for her extreme professionalism and constant willingness to assist. Additionally, Cuong, the waiter, struck a perfect balance between friendly and professional service. These individuals, along with the entire staff, elevate the already exceptional experience at Saigon Kitchen with a touch of warmth and genuine care for the customers.

Read moreMy wife and I had the seafood buffet last night at the Saigon Kitchen Restaurant at Hotel des Arts. The seafood buffet we had was extremely disappointing to say the least, in fact it was one of the worst we have ever experienced!
The lobster was very tough and bland - quite possibly a low grade/frozen/overcooked, or any of that combination. The rest of the seafood on offer was not much better.
The selection of food in general was significantly limited! Furthermore, whatever was available looked dry, dull, uninviting and never looked to be replenished.
On a positive note, the waiting staff were quite amazing, friendly and helpful, but however the kitchen staff that were serving up the food were mostly unattentive, infact on a couple of occasions I caught them out playing with their phones. This should be a real no no!
Overall, this hotel restaurant was really a bad experience for us. This forgettable meal was overpriced and over-rated for a 5 star hotel that served up limited and low...
Read moreI visited Saigon Kitchen Restaurant for their Crab Buffet after seeing a review in a Facebook group. The ambiance was well-designed, with cozy tables, comfortable temperature, and soft yellow lighting that created a perfect setting for the evening.
As a crab enthusiast, I was excited by the variety of sauces offered, but I was disappointed with the quality. The crabs were semi-fresh, and the sauces lacked distinction. The selection of other dishes was limited and not particularly memorable. Despite it being a Thursday, their specialized crab night, the restaurant was not very busy.
However, the staff left a lasting impression. They were exceptionally friendly, checked on us frequently, and were willing to replace any dishes we weren’t satisfied with. One staff member even went out of their way to help us register for Accor membership. While the food didn’t meet my expectations, the excellent service made the...
