I recently visited a Pho Bo café, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! While I've had pho bo that was even more delicious in Vietnam, this place definitely ranks among the best I've tried outside of it.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. They were happy to answer any questions I had about the dishes and offered great recommendations.

My wife and I went here twice. The first time, she had Phở Bò Hà Nội and I had the Mixed Phở Noodles with Chicken. The view, service, and food were amazing!

The second day, however, was a completely different story. My wife got the same thing but I decided to try the Phở Bò Wagyu. Dear reader, I am shedding a tear as I write this. It was the most tender cut of wagyu I think I’ve ever had. I was worried that the near-boiling broth would overcook and ruin it but somehow, it didn’t. When I tell you it melted, I am hardly exaggerating. And for the price we paid? Pennies. If I had purchased this in the US, I would’ve had to take out a loan on the house I can’t even afford to own.
