It was the most tender cut of wagyu I think I’ve ever had. I was worried that the near-boiling broth would overcook and ruin it but somehow, it didn’t. When I tell you it melted, I am hardly exaggerating. And for the price we paid? Pennies. If I had purchased this in the US, I would’ve had to take out a loan on the house I can’t even afford to own.
