MELLON Oasis — Hotel in Phú Quốc

One of the Best Experience. Host is super helpful, I haven't seen him/her yet, only connected via Whatsapp, where host checked me in and gave instructions about how to enter the Property. Host provided me connection for booking the activites, scooty etc (also told me the approx prices which was very helpful). Host also booked Taxi for me to Airport which was right on time.||Rooms are exactly as shown in photos. 65 inch TV in my room. I signed in with my account on Netflix and enjoyed Movies. It has a Kitchen where you can use tools, Air fryer and Induction Stove to cook. A small pool and a small outside area having two tables where you can enjoy your meal (no great views but still feels good).||Beach is 5 min walk and there starts the night Market. You can take a 10000 VND pp Tuktuk to go to Bridge of Kiss, night fireworks, main beach or sunworld cable car entry.||Host gave us free entry ticket to Sunworld which is a must visit. I stayed here for 2 nights and will prefer this property on my next visit.||Finding Veg food was a little challenge here (other than Pizza, Burger). But around 5 km away you can find VN Veg shop which serves all kinds of veg food which is super cheap.||There is no food service in the property I guess. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to explore Phu Quoc. The room was spacious. Its the same like in the picture. All amenities were there like iron, towel and Netflix and the owner supply us with lots of mineral water. I even asked for extra pillow and blanket and she gave it to me for free. At level 1 got some toys for the kids to entertain themselves which is good for parents who wants some rest time.

I haven't meet the owner but she was so so helpful. She's like a one stop center for everything. She helps me with airport transfer without taking any extra charge. I was charge the same as the Grab price. She share with me all the location like best cafe, supermarket and even got me a free cable car tickets! I am so thankful to her for all her help throughout my stay. Always so responsive. She replied me within seconds.

There are times i accidentally left my stuff at the Hon Thom Cable Car and i thought i can't get it back. I texted her and she quickly help me. She arrange with the staff at the cable car and i just come to the station to pick up my stuff. I am so grateful for her fast action.

I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Phu Quoc. The price were very reasonable and having an owner who can always help you with everything is definitely a blessing when you travel.

Location wise, night market just 8mins away by walking. Got supermarket to buy stuff. Hotel got kitchen to cook food. Beach is just at the back and cable car is just 10mins away by walking.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. This place is hands down one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to help. Even though the staff couldn't speak English fluently, you can use Google Translate to communicate with her. The owner was very helpful. Even we didn’t meet directly but we communicate through WhatsApp and she will reply as soon as possible! Any questions or requests I had were met with prompt and helpful responses. It made my stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Not to forget we also received free cable car tickets during our stay.
