Lotus Home Corner & Rooftop — Hotel in Phú Quốc

I would give them 10 stars if I could! The service, the room, the amenities, the cleanliness, the location, THE PRICE, the owners and their friendliness, kindness, and helpfulness are just EXCEPTIONAL! I even rent motorcycles from their place. All in one! Everything is just so GOOD! Goodness, we have never had this treatment before even in a 4-5 stars hotel.

On a special note, I asked them for help decorating the room for my girlfriend’s birthday and they went out of their way to do that surprise for us! 😍

I don’t normally leave this long review but this hotel and their owners just have a special place in my heart due to the difficulty of finding places to stay, they make it feels like home. A win for this place is the smart TV with Netflix OMG! I even asked for the owners’ names and had little conversation with them everyday (they’re that friendly!) and keep personal contacts as to stay in touch.

WOW! EXCEPTIONAL.

As someone who has very high standards i normally am not impressed so quickly however we had the BEST hospitality from the hotel owners at Emolia.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I’m blown away with how nice and thoughtful the owners are, they really go out of their way to make the experience special for you! We have been so lucky to meet them. Very friendly, professional, helpful and caring.

Whenever we needed something, they always helped at any time of the day. The room is very clean, nice views, great location and they also have motorbike hire as well! AC is great, good water pressure and hot showers. Comfortable bed and SMART TV- Netflix!

They provide free tea/coffee etc and have a small little cafe downstairs which has amazing drinks.

Will definitely RETURN to this hotel! Thank you for everything.

ที่พักตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดี ห้องพักสะอาด สะดวกสบาย อาหารเช้าอร่อย สำหรับตึกใหม่ ห้องพักจะมีชั้นละ 3 ห้อง ทางเดินแคบ แต่ไม่ใช่ปัญหา แต่ปัญหาที่พบในระหว่างการเข้าพัก ที่ทางที่พักควรปรับปรุง คือ เมื่อพบปัญหา จะมีผู้ชายท่านหนึ่งที่สามารถสื่อสารอังกฤษได้ แต่ถ้าปัญหาซับซ้อนมาก เขาก็จะไม่เข้าใจ ทำให้เสียเวลา และหงุดหงิดใจมากๆ ส่วนพนักงานท่านอื่นไม่สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ ต้องใช้ google translation ซึ่งก็พอใช้ได้สำหรับการสื่อสารสั้นๆ ประตูห้องพัก ที่มีปัญหาทั้งระบบ Key Card และกุญแจห้อง ทำให้การเปิดปิดประตูยากมาก ต้องใช้แรงในการเปิด และเมื่อต้องใช้แรงในการเปิดก็จะทำให้ปิดประตูเสียงดัง รบกวนห้องพักที่อยู่ในชั้นเดียวกัน การจ่ายเงินด้วยบัตรเครดิต จะถูกชาร์จค่าธรรมเนียม 3.5% ของยอดเงินรวม

สำหรับโรงแรมอีกตึก การจัดการดีกว่า พนักงานสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ถึงแม้จะไม่มีลิฟท์ แต่พนักงานช่วยยกกระเป๋าขึ้นไปให้ แต่ภายในห้องคล้ายๆ มีฝุ่นทำให้รู้สึกนอนไม่สบาย ส่วนอาหารเช้าน่าทานกว่า ห้องรับประทานอาหารใหญ่กว่า และที่สำคัญ รูดบัตรเครดิตต่าที่พักไม่เสียค่าธรรมเนียม

The accommodation is in a good location. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious.

In the new building, there are three rooms on each floor. The hallway is narrow, but it is not a big problem. However, there are some problems the hotel should fix:

When there is a problem, only one man can speak English. But if the problem is complicated, he does not understand well. This wastes time and causes frustration. The other staff cannot speak English. We had to use Google Translate. It works for short conversations.

The room door has problems with both the key card and the regular key. It is very hard to open and close. You need to use force, and this makes a loud noise. It may disturb other guests.

If you pay by credit card, there is a 3.5% fee.

The other hotel building is better. The staff there can speak English well. There is no elevator, but the staff helped carry our bags. The room was a bit dusty, so it was not comfortable to sleep. The breakfast was better. The dining area was bigger. Also, there is no extra fee for using a...
