The Labe hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room was a corner, with great views all around. Really comfy bed, good strong and hot shower. Restaurant bbq is fantastic, more than we could finish! The coffee drinks are delicious, and the breakfast was quite good as well. The staff members at the hotel were very polite and helpful. We rented the golf cart car to drive around the area, and used their motor scooter to go out and find an ATM. The canle car to the water park is amazing and very close to the hotel. An extra special, sincere “THANK YOU” to Linh, she runs the hotel with her husband. Linh went far above and beyond my expectations in providing excellent service for us. She is very knowledgeable about the area and is always willing to help, with a warm smile. Her command of English is perfect. Such a sweet lady, thanks for everything, Linh! We hope to stay again for our next trip...

Despite not always being able to provide such services, his dedication shines whenever he's available. The simple yet fulfilling breakfast of beef pho with watermelon/coffee as dessert perfectly complements the hotel's convenient location near the night market, cable station (15 minutes walk), and Starbucks (5 minutes walk). The attached views along the way add...

The receptionist and her husband run the place on their terms, who will reach out to you amicably first and then intimidate you to pay more than what was discussed for the services initially. We hired bike for less than 12 hrs on an agreed price of 100000VND but while checking out she demanded 150000VND unreasonably, and when we made a video of our conversation, she started acting dramatically crying trying to harass us. Luckily we got out to catch our flight in time, else they would have eaten up on our time at the last minute. Avoid this...
