The Gangs Sunset — Restaurant in Phú Quốc

The Gangs is perfect if you are very hungry and want a lot of protein. My boyfriend was craving steak and this place is great for that. The sides included potatoes and garlic which were delicious, and came on a sizzling plate. My favorite thing about this restaurant is the view you get for the fireworks. It’s dinner and a show all in one. We like to get their mango beer, so refreshing and pairs well with beef. I gave 4 stars for service because we wanted a substitutions for our dish and it was a very complicated ordeal to switch out a side for something else. They had to get other staff to speak with us to understand what we wanted and it took quite a bit of time.

I wonder if The Gang at Sunset Town is a franchise of The Gang in Saigon. Unfortunately, my experience with the service at The Gang Sunset Town was disappointing. The staff were unfriendly, and their service lacked professionalism. It would be greatly appreciated if they could show more courtesy, such as smiling or informing guests in advance about unavailable drinks before orders are placed. The way the staff responded to guests was not aligned with good customer service standards. I haven’t personally eaten here but I feel like I have to make a review about the noise pollution this place brings to the area. Sunset beach is a family friendly location and this restaurant is located next to one of the more famous spots to take sunset pictures and the entrance of the kiss bridge. The problem is that they blast music at ridiculous levels and uncensored songs with a lot of swearing. I would really advise management to review song lists they play and just be courteous to...
