I have to give them only 3 stars because of few things. Hookah was really good prepared as it should be in good hookah lounge. Really good range of tobaccos to choose from but please throw away Al Fakher - it shouldn’t be in good hookah lounge. Also great vibe and almost no noise from the street as it is a bit down the stairs. Ordered Corona beer, they put lot of salt on to the lime so after dropping it into the bottle the taste was was horribly salty - awful so you can’t finish it. Guys speak just a little bit English and after “chatting” with google translator he told me that they just do it this way. Another thing is that there is absolutely no service from them, you have to stand up and tell them you want more drinks, again have to stand up to tell them you want new charcoals in the middle of the hookah session and he brings only one new charcoal which is not enough to carry on smoking. We were the ONLY one in the bar and there were 3 employees just sitting inside with no interaction with us. Such a shame because only customer service makes this place worst and I would hardly reccomend someone to go there. Make a customer service better and explain them to bring at least 2 or 3 new charcoals and it will be good. So...

The place has a pleasant atmosphere, but the hookahs are really terrible... We asked for an average strength, but instead we got very weak hookah, so it was not smoking, just breathing. I tried to ask the hookah maker to make it stronger, because there is no point in smoking such a thing. After a long conversation, we said that we are not ready to pay for such a hookah, since it was not at all what we had taken, besides, we did not smoke it.
