I recently dined at this restaurant with a group of eight people, and our experience was nothing short of disappointing. What was supposed to be an enjoyable meal turned into a lengthy ordeal that left us feeling frustrated and unsatisfied.

After placing our order, we waited over an hour for our food to arrive. During that time, we had to remind the staff multiple times about our order. Despite our patience, the lack of communication and urgency from the staff was disheartening. We ordered six hamburgers for our group, but only three arrived at our table. This inconsistency was baffling and left us wondering about the organization in the kitchen.

To make matters worse, I specifically ordered a coconut coffee without sugar. After an extended wait, my coffee finally arrived—30 minutes later—and it came with condensed milk instead. This was not what I had requested, and it added to the overall frustration of the experience.

The Versailles Beach Club is beautifully designed and the perfect spot for cocktails at sunset. To be honest, it's the perfect spot for cocktails at any time of day. During our two-week holiday in Phu Quoc, me and my friends spent many evenings at The Versailles Beach Club Bar enjoying the live music, the delicious food, and, of course, the incredible view. But the people who work there are the main reason we enjoyed spending time there. They were extremely attentive, very helpful, and great fun to talk to, making us feel very welcome.
