Palm Kitchen - Dusit Princess — Restaurant in Phú Quốc

I was blown away by this restaurant. We came here out of convenience because we were staying at Dusit Princess; however, we ended up coming back every night for dinner because it was so good. Not only is the food fantastic, but the service is too.

The beef burger was one of the highlights for me. It's thick, juicy, and full of flavor. I believe they are using imported beef. It may feel silly ordering a burger by the beach in Vietnam, but it's that good.

The wok fried seafood with spicy sauce was also outstanding if you're looking for seafood and/or something more authentic. It was not overwhelmingly spicy and the seafood itself was perfectly cooked.

The crown jewel for me was the pizza. I tried the quattro formaggi and margherita and loved both of them. The crust is crispy and light, and the slices don't flop when you pick them up. The cheese is full of flavor and they are not shy with it. The chef is really doing beautiful work with these pizzas.
