We had a pleasant stay at Ani Plaza in Yerevan, with its comfortable rooms, central location, and welcoming front desk staff as standout features. The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance of the city’s main attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring Yerevan. Our room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with great city views, adding to the overall experience.

However, we encountered several issues that dampened our stay. First, the in-house restaurant experience was disappointing. The staff there seemed unfriendly, and unfortunately, their attitude towards tourists felt, at times, rude and unwelcoming. Service was slow and noticeably inconsistent, which made us feel as if tourists were less prioritized than other patrons. This biased attitude was discouraging, and it certainly didn't reflect the rest of the hotel’s hospitality.

Additionally, we were surprised to find that there was no 24/7 bellboy service, which was inconvenient for us when arriving and departing with luggage. For a hotel of Ani Plaza’s caliber, 24/7 assistance is an expected amenity, and its absence was noticeable.

Overall, while Ani Plaza provides a comfortable stay with quality rooms and a prime location, improvements in restaurant hospitality and 24/7 guest assistance would greatly enhance the experience for all travelers. We recommend the hotel for the rooms and location but suggest trying nearby restaurants for a more welcoming dining experience.
