The following email was sent on 1 Nov for support after a missing voucher was not sent after making a purchase on 27 Oct.
It was never responded to. It took three phone calls until today to find out my voucher was cancelled without contacting me.
Despite having another voucher for my partner, no solution was offered apart from refunding that ticket too.
Experienceoz is unreliable, unresponsive and does not seek to work with customers having issues.
I suggest all go elsewhere to book experiences in QLD, going direct to the websites of the places advertised by Experienceoz ‐------------------------------‐------------------------------ Good afternoon
I note that the prolonged blackout has prevented calls for help since Thursday last week.I also had no luck with the web chat where my messages appeared to go nowhere and received no response or acknowledgement after an hour.
I am attempting to follow up on a purchase made on 27th October for which money has been deducted from my account but no confirmation email, receipt, nor voucher has been sent for one of two purchases made
2 Purchases were made, 1 for 'Sarah' and 1 for 'Sam' for the annual passes for WB Movie world, Sea World, Wet and Wild and Paradise Country. Along with access to various seasonal nights.
Both were paid for with my card, ending in XXXX andthe voucher has arrived to Sarah Tilby, but no voucher has been received by myself, to this email address (redacted)
If someone could please contact me on (mobile number) ASAP to have this fixed and the voucher issued this week, it would be greatly appreciated.We already missed the previous weekend's plans to use the vouchers while we were staying in Surfer's Paradise and I would like to have this...
Read moreTerrible service. I booked a trip on a helicopter flight from Queenstown to Milford Sound for 7/7/23 that was never available, though ExperienceOz took nearly $3000 in payment. I called Customer Service on 05/07 to confirm the trip which is when I found out. They did not contact me to tell me. I then tried to reschedule, we were told we could rebook for the next day (06/07) and would receive email confirmation with details of the new trip. After waiting approx 45 mins - 1 hr, no email was received. I called back to then be told the trip on the 06/07/23 was also not available. At this point, I asked if anyone was planning to actually let us know the trip was never available or just take our money, with no real response from the Customer Service Representative over the phone.
Also, my friend had another look on their website and could see them still advertising the same trip for 06/07 & 07/07 though they knew they were NOT AVAILABLE!
I asked for a full refund and email confirmation of the refund, which he said he would process. The next afternoon, I still had not received confirmation of the refund and sent an email to Customer Service following up. They replied, "I have received an update from the operators and they mentioned that we already missed the trip for today. the 6th of July. They are asking again of you want to reschedule for July 8th or request to refund the full amount." WE WERE TOLD THERE WAS NO TRIP AVAILABLE ON 6TH JULY!!
I had to then ask multiple times for written confirmation that a refund had been processed.
Very disappointing. More to the point, do not advertise and take people's money if you do not have an available...
Read moreI purchased two tickets to Paronella park. During the booking process it didn't ask to select a date and payment page was prompted so i proceeded and received the tickets.
I thought i'd make sure if we can use the tickets any date as we rented a car for certain date for this visit.
After email was sent, i got a response from an agent that we're booked for 26th April. I never chosen that date nor asked the agent to booked for as we already planned our entire trip.
I sent an email again to fix it. No response. Sent another email next day. No response all day.
The following day i rang and explained what happened and asked to change Paronella tickets to 27th as previous agent advised we're booked for 26th. The agent asked few questions and i was advised it was changed.
A few minutes later i get a confirmation email from Hartley's that our booking was changed. THIS IS NOT THE RESERVATION I ASKED TO CHANGE. The agent changed for our other tour which was booked for correct date.
I was devastated how a simple inquiry turned out to be this painful.
I rang again asked, all i want to know is if we can use Paronella ticket on any date as there was no selection of date on booking page.
The agent advised that the tickets are open tickets therefore we can visit anytime.
THIS WAS ALL I NEEDED TO KNOW.
Still had to change back our Hartley's ticket due to their mistake.
This is absolutely terrible experience. I will not use this booking...
