As a new mum knowing how crucial the early years were, I was looking for something to bring out the best in my child. I came across Shichida while reading a magazine. I enrolled both my kids at 6 months and it has been the best educational decision ever. Parenting itself is difficult, knowing exactly what to teach them at a particular age is even more challenging. Shichida gives you the guidance and support to be your child's best teacher.

One of Shichida’s key underlying philosophy is that when we can engage the hearts of the children, we can engage their minds. Our children developed a love for learning very early on in life and it has supported complex learning in primary school. The teaching staff at Shichida are absolutely dedicated and very approacheble. They will always give you feedback after each class on areas your child is good at and also how your child can improve. Thanks to Jasmine, Jay, Shinta, Lulu, Amy and Carys for being excellent teachers. Taryn the centre manager is always approachable whenever you need some guidance. She will take the time to explain things to you even it means staying back after class hours.

My two sons have both learnt so much from the Shichida program. My eldest son started when he was one year old and is now seven and really enjoying the primary program. He has come on in leaps and bounds, and still enjoys the classes as much as, if not more than when he first started. Over the years we have seen his critical thinking and memory skills skyrocket, and his speed-reading skills seem to get better week by week. I really do feel that this is benefiting him so much in his school life. He has had different Shichida teachers at both Parramatta and Chatswood, including Miss Shabby, Miss Lulu, Miss Shinta and Mr Kevin. All of the staff have been professional, and so flexible and positive in ensuring that he thrives as much as possible from his Shichida experience. I can't thank them all enough for all that they have done. My youngest son is two and is quickly following in his footsteps. His face lights up every time he walks into the Shichida centre and I can already see positive developments in his concentration and memory levels. Embarking on the educational journey with Shichida Australia in Chatswood has been a heartening experience for both our daughter and us as parents.

The nurturing environment cultivated by the warm, friendly, and ever-so-patient teaching staff has genuinely aided our little one’s development. Despite classes being engaging and interactive, they sometimes surge ahead a bit swiftly, posing minor challenges for the children to grasp concepts immediately. Nonetheless the instructors have always been steadfast in ensuring every child is not left behind, tweaking their approaches with adaptive teaching styles. (We adore Ms Abby, Ms Alisha, and Ms Jasmine.) The reception and management both in person and administrative have been pleasant and accomodating.

Notably, our daughter eagerly anticipates her weekly classes, a testament to the positive and enjoyable learning environment fostered by Shichida. Observing her ongoing development and witnessing her enthusiasm are truly heartwarming.
