My partner and I travelled around North Europe and we will fly from Munich back to New Zealand in a couple of days. Hallstatt had attracted my partner so much since she watched a Chinese TV show almost 20 years ago, so we drove a long way yesterday from Munich to visit this famous town. This has a positive environmental impact. creates a positive impression for tourists and lessens the annoyance of tourists if they cannot find a car parking space.
When we visited Sardina their popular tourist locations had an online booking website, so that their tourist locations were not overly packed with visitors at once.
A booking system could be setup for parking in Hallstatt.
