The narrow streets make it difficult to my navigate when crowded. And apparently professional photographers and Internet influencers have priority for taking pictures over tourists.
With Cruise ships dropping around 10,000 people per day on the island and most heading to the blue dome churches, you can see how the locals are more than a little annoyed.
Best time to go is around sunrise to get clear pictures with very small groups of people around.
