Alexios — Restaurant in Municipality of Thira

The food wasn't bad, however I was deeply disgusted by the service particularly I was deeply appalled by the waitress with long curly hair.

She was the MOST rude and unmannered server I have ever seen. Her attitude and language have unreservedly exhibited her lack of proper education and training.

She has no basic respect to her customers, more importantly SHE HAS DIFFERENT ATTITUDES TO DIFFERENTS CUSTOMERS WHO COME FROM DIFFERENT RACES.

Drama: -My mum moved to the empty table next to us for a pic since that table was at the corner with a better view.

-In the middle of the photo, this disgusting waitress came with a condescending attitude saying that my mum cannot sit there taking photo. Her attitude was like she's the boss, I'm her employer, she was lecturing me or commending me.

I then asked why?

Guess what, she replied bcz other customers will probably come to this table taking picture bcz they see we have taken pic. This is the most absurd reasoning I have ever heard.

-Worth noting, minutes ago before my mum's photo, one caucasian lady took dozens of pictures at the same spot, but this waitress didn't interrupt her.

This waitress ugly double standard is nothing but purely discrimination. But sorry, I'm not the easy one who can be easily bullied.

As a customer who spent hundreds $$$ on ur food cannot even take a pic from your restaurant ?

The view was perfect, however this waitress ruined the whole face of this restaurant. They experience to me was utterly negative, damaging and unpleasant.

The owner urgently needs to properly hire and train staffs otherwise this will just ruin the reputation and sales of your restaurant.

Santorini has so many good restaurants with perfect views, you are not the only one, if you really want to stand out luring more customers, you have to provide a much better guest experiences otherwise you have nothing to compete with your...

Great atmosphere, great food and wine, but we had a horrible service experience. We ordered a 92 EUR bottle of local wine and 2 pizzas. The wine was put in a standalone chilling bucket. We subsequently ordered some sparkling water that was put in the same bucket. A bit after the pizza was delivered, we discovered the chilling bucket with wine and sparkling water was missing. We told the waiter, he gave us a look of panic and went downstairs to find it. He came back up and didn’t come right back to us. I went and talked to him and he said it was all empty and he saw it. It was an absolute lie. His logic was wrong, as why would he chase it if he knew it was empty? Why was the bottle in a chilling bucket if it was empty? We were under timeline to get back to our tour(which they knew), so we had to leave. Too bad such a great place has thieves and liars...
