City Hall Plaza — Attraction in Edmonton

Edmonton looks better from a distance than up close, unfortunately. While the skyline surrounded by trees and the river is impressive, the reality on the streets is disheartening. The sheer number of homeless individuals and drug users makes walking around feel unsafe.
