OPA! of Greece Edmonton City Centre — Restaurant in Edmonton

Okay, first of all well done to City Centre Management on making a good choice in renovating the Mall and getting OPA Greek restaurant into the mall.!! My family had order some healthy sandwiches from OPA last week and we didn't stop talking about how wonderful the food was. So we decided to go again last night and try it out once again. We ordered a few more side dishes and boy oh boy let me tell you, the food was outstanding! Great costumer service over all! Friendly staff with a great attitude so today after I had a chance to think about our experience I decided to wright a review with our experience about the food, and the restaurant cleanness, service and over all satisfaction. I always go to OPA. I was treated with such disrespect by the server this lunch hour. She was rude to me because of the color of my skin color & her skin is brown as well(east indian). I am an indigenous person & I asked her to mix the Greek salad so I could get tomatoes as she was only giving cucumber & peppers. She then proceeded to tell me it was pre made. Well why cant you mix it properly? So I can get everything in it? Then she was trying to be rude & uttered something under breath. Then I asked for my 4oz hummus I paid for cause she only gave me a 1.5 of. I showed my receipt & she was pissed off about it. I come here often & this is the first I've been treated like this. Opa needs to do better with their hiring or teach their workers how to treat people with respect. Especially...

Opa!!! I was looking for a real plate to smash on the floor as the food was excellent and I needed to express my satisfaction with great taste and friendly service. I tried it with a paper plate but not the results I was looking for. Anyways, I had the Pita wrap with lamb and it was excellent. The lamb was tender and the portion generous. To make a long story short I had a coupon for a free Pita wrap from a recent building management do and I am glad I used it because the food was great and tasty, loved it.
