He walked up to the counter after a couple of seconds which I took as a prompt to start my order? They pointed at the wall rather speaking to me to ask if I wanted a cup or cone. They cashed me out without saying a word. It was $8.46 for this tiny blob of melted ice cream which I didn’t even eat. We went parlour instead.

Horrible. First time I bought ice cream here. A 1 liter pint is 17 dollars. DO NOT BUY THE PISTACHIO ice cream. Tastes like bland mint ice cream. Tastes nothing like pistachio. Must be capitalizing on people who don't know what pistachio tastes like. (Btw look at the color and you can tell)

I been this place yesterday and they are the number one in whole Kelowna ❤️ i do recommend everyone this place . I did get a chance to talk to the owner and he was the sweetest person I have met. Also, they have over 60 flavours and they do make everything from scratch which was very impressive. They do listen to your order carefully and also helped me with my order.
