The ice cream is good not great (took the tiramisu) tasted mostly like vanilla but it wasn't a swirl! Also very little ice cream for the price and there was huge air bubble in each ice cream cup, Highly recommend the expensive places in any malls at least you get what you paid for! Highly disappointed also just one format; extremely small!

Response to owner: I never mentioned anything about the choices, it's mostly that I feel scammed my friend posted the picture of our ice cream and you totally ignored the fact that we have picture proof that those portions are very cheap.. and extremely hollow when all you say is our portions are generous.. to be honest if the employee wasn't trained properly it's on you guys if you didn't show the employee how much ice cream to put (i asked the employee how big the portion was) the employee showed me the cup where the ice cream goes and it was filled like the mini water cups next to the post in the middle of the counter, that is misrepresentation and lying to a costumers face with picture proof, this is a terrible business move I'm sorry but if you can't even acknowledge that you scammed us by misrepresentation, or don't realise it then good luck to you because you will need it, and too bad they were cheap "with us" because We both, me and my friend, always send tones of people to great...

Unicone were an absolute pleasure to work with: they were consummately courteous, polite, thoughtful and accommodating.
