Hoped aboard the Island Queen for an hour long cruise. It was very interesting and scenic. Special thanks to the personnel and at the ticket office, who were very kind and patient with a gazzilion questions we had. Thanks to them, we chose exactly the right option for us. The lake gets quite windy, I’d advise to take a jacket so one could sit on the upper deck for the whole hour to best enjoy the picturesque scenery around. The tour guide was easy to follow and one could definitely tell they love the city and it’s history. The boat is also great, very stable and surprisingly nimble for its size.
I would definitely recommend the 1 hour cruise to take a look at the islands and learn more on the region’s history. 10/10
