Pacific Centre (officially CF Pacific Centre since 2015) is a shopping mall located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It is owned by Cadillac Fairview, the Ontario Pension Board, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, and is managed by Cadillac Fairview. Based on the number of stores, most of which are underground, it is the largest mall in Downtown Vancouver, with over 100 stores and shops, and the seventh-busiest mall in Canada, with 22.1 million annual visitors as of 2018.[3] The mall is directly connected to the Hudson's Bay department store, Vancouver Centre Mall, two SkyTrain subway stations, and the former Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver. Built between 1971 and 1973, it was an unofficial Eaton Centre. It is a joint venture of Cemp Investments, Toronto Dominion Bank and T. Eaton Company Limited.[4] The Pacific Centre was home to an Eaton's department store, succeeded by Sears Canada after 2002 and vacated in the fourth quarter of 2012.[5] A Nordstrom store opened in its former space in 2015. The City of Vancouver approved a 53,700-square-metre (578,000 sq ft) expansion of Pacific Centre, including retail premises that will extend to the street on both sides of West Georgia Street, and a direct link connecting the shopping centre with the new Vancouver City Centre SkyTrain station on Granville Street. The link opened in August 2009 in conjunction with the opening of the Canada Line. On 20 January 2017, Cadillac Fairview announced an agreement to sell a 50 percent interest in its Vancouver properties, including Pacific Centre, to the Ontario Pension Board and Ontario's Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, each to hold a 25% stake. Cadillac Fairview, itself a subsidiary of the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, will retain the remaining 50% interest and continue to manage the properties.[1] The rotunda glass dome at the northeast corner of the intersection of West Georgia Street and Howe Street was redeveloped in the early 2020s. Cadillac Fairview constructed a new two-storey pavilion building with 1,300 square metres (14,000 sq ft) of floor area that included a new Apple flagship store.[6] Nordstrom's flagship store closed on 13 June 2023 as the company exited the Canadian market.

Enjoy this shopping centre mostly for its convenient location in the downtown core. It's conveniently located next to both Sky Train and Canada Line train stations and transit buses. This retail shopping experience happens to contain some unique options that other Lower Mainland shopping centres do not offer, for example there is British Columbia's one and only Hollister Co. Which is a Very busy place and ways crowded. The mall is very well kept and clean and bright and shiny with all kinds of festive lights, especially around the holidays. There currently is a magical, wonderful display of reindeer all done in immaculate white lights which is perfect for the overall Ambience of this somewhat upscale shopping centre I say upscale because it happens to Hurst rather large semi department stores like Harry rosen and Holt Renfrew among many others. The shopping centre is also also heavily guarded with a large team of security personnel who take their jobs very very seriously!!!! so u better be on your best Behavior or I promise they will come for you!!!!

Centrally Located Shopping Mall. Within easy reach of transit, SkyTrain and the Canada line. Continuous change of retailers that reflect the tastes of sophisticated shoppers. A food court that features the cuisines of diverse ethnicities and with plenty of seating available. Extremely busy during lunch hour 7 days a week. Modern restroom facilities. Excellent atrium seating with cathedral ceilings and decorative lighting during Christmas. Plenty of glass allows a lot of natural light to filter in during warm weather. Take 5 cafe at the atrium for hot & cold drinks and snacks. Great place to relax and take a breather between shopping bouts. Anchored by Nordstrom and Holt Renfrew at the opposite end. Within walking distance of several posh hotels, banks, high end cafes and shopping at Tiffany's.
