I have to say this has to be the cheapest and dirtiest place I've ever been to. Not a nice Flea Market at all. Parking is horrific at times and there are 90% very sketchy looking people going there. Then you walk inside and it's dirty dingy and just absolute junk. I went there to check it out because it has been many years and of course it ends up being the same however I went there and they charged $2 to get in well they don't take debit or any other form but cash so I said okay you have a bank machine or can I get money out they said no the machine is broken I have to go down somewhere on Main Street I'll find a bank machine. For $2 they wouldn't let me in and they pushed me away unbelievable just goes to show how this place is run. I'm not sure of any good flea markets anymore the one in Abbotsford was fairly good but it had closed down during covid. But this one is not a very nice place to go to never mind them not letting me in for $2 but the lack of basic cleanliness and Lighting and the sketchy people that go there is a little unsettling. I think flea market should be filled with awesome things a great place for families to go have some food have a nice green check out some arts and crafts and other items that people are selling that's what makes it fun you can treasure hunt a little bit. But this place is more like...

My wife and I love flee markets and we have been to many of them in Canada, the US and many places in Europe. But this flee market was a huge disappointment. In our opinion it actually isn’t a true flee market at all, where private people come and sell old stuff that they had in their homes. This one seems to be a “professional” flee market where sellers do this full time. And THE PRICES TELL THE STORY. The prices for most of the stuff are hopelessly through the roof!! Just walk through this place and look, for example, at the prices for used tools. They are often more than what you pay for a brand new version of the same tool at Home Depot. One booth even had some tools that were literally THREE TIMES THE PRICE of what I’d pay for THE SAME tool new elsewhere. A true flee market is a place where you can get a real good bargain for old or used stuff that is still functional. But selling old junk for even more than what you pay for the brand new equivalent at Amazon or your home Depot store, is simply outrageous. I have no clue why people actually still go there...

Located on the North side of Terminal Avenue between Clark Drive & Main Street I'm Vancouver. NOTE Please park on the North side of Terminal there is too much traffic to try and cross the street. NOTE there are 2 different parking systems in place at the flea market.

  1. the street parking meter system is run by the City of Vancouver you must pay at their meter on the side walk.
  2. the parking on the property just outside of the flea market is run by different company and you must pay on their meter located near the entrance to the flea market. The flea market is open Saturdays Sundays and most holidays from 9am. Admission usually $1.50 per person. NOTE this Canada day 2018 they maybe closed. A great place to spend the day & browse. They have a lot of vendors and a lot of stuff there. And if you get hungry there is a little cafeteria with Burgers chilli coffee drinks...

Went to the flea market this weekend and it was very crowded. You could smell cigarette smoke everywhere. The other thing is that the vendors don’t really take Visa or MasterCard so you have to have cash when you go. The parking sucked but it was cheap so I guess that was OK. My wife hated going there and she will probably never go back. I remember going as a kid but things have changed since then. The whole place needs an update and seems really dirty. Being that it was so crowded and packed it felt like I was walking through a hoarders house. There are some neat things to find and if you need a cell phone cord or charger you can definitely find them there

Came to check it today, bring cash with you was 1:50 at the door to get inside the flea market. There is a area at the front where u can buy food, and the washrooms. This place is big really long some people sell new items, usally like phone cases and hats and wallets,, work tools, jewelry. House hold stuff is all used. There is alot of stuff that is just junk though. I found some people got kinda upset with me taking pictures of there things. I guess the reason is because people just take a picture and then they don't buy the item. Over all was very entertaining. Watch out for people over pricing things. Had no problem finding parking.

Interesting place if you're into antique stores, lots of very niche items. Each booth can be hit or miss though, but I loved the booth with the tiny figurines. It felt very nostalgic. The place kinda has a strong musty smell once you enter and it's very disorganized, there are so many things left on the floor I kept accidentally stepping on. Overall it was fun browsing through the booths. I think this place is great for more of a visual experience, but I wouldn't really come here again if I wanted to buy secondhand for something specific, I'd rather hit up a value village or salvation Army. The mess was just a bit overwhelming.
