If I could give them a ZERO I would. For 3 weeks I have been trying to locate DB0249-100 Air Max Genome. Been at this store on several occasions recently. I was advised originally whatever is "out" is out, once I was able to get someone's attention for assistance since they gather in groups and are always chatting away with one another. I was then told "well, we show we have 13 in stock but they most likely are somewhere in the back waiting to be put out". " Call us Monday, Wednesday and Friday to see if they have been placed out". 1stly, does this sound like customer service to you folks? Wow! After several attempts and with no one knowing where these 13 Pairs of shoes are, I escalated this to one of the Managers Rose. She advised me that she will look into and and get back to me within 2 days. The positive side, she kept her word and called back but with no information. She simply said she "reached out to her backend" to look into it. It's been a full week and nothing. No one seems to know where 13 pairs of shoes priced at $157.99 each totaling $2053.87 are? What is wrong with this picture? Inventory errors, really? I can understand 1 or 2 but 13? Shipment distribution issues, warehouse issues? Why would a large store with how many "acting" or actual Managers not be on top of this? Yes, we all are fully aware of pandemic retail issues but C'mon people really? Called HeadOffice and spoke to Chris, I guess we will see if this gets resolved. Where is customer service today? If this is today's "new customer service" this is extremely disappointing. The lack of knowledge, the lack of customer service, the lack of interest, wow. Some of the regular Nike stores are amazing. Have had wonderful experiences through the years but this particular store is severely lacking. The only reason I can phantom for any positive review is the merchandise otherwise honestly, every time I have been personally in this store the customer service is definitely not there. Why hire a bunch of people to stand around and just chat instead of assisting customers? If you don't run around trying to find someone to assist you, no one approaches? There is only 1 person in that store that should actually be acknowledged as I noticed he was the only person that approached several customers asking them if they need assistance. He was of Asian descent I believe, I just wish I got his name. The only one! All I was trying to do was make a child happy with a pair of shoes he wanted to have for his birthday! So the million dollar question is where are these 13 shoes that total $2053.87? Will they be found and will I be able to purchase a pair to make a child happy?...
Read moreThe management of this branch is unbelievably terrible. I will never come here again.
I went to the Nike store at Vaughan Mills on Black Friday for shopping. My son and I waited in line for a while and then entered the store. My son selected items but we were waiting for my wife’s final approval. My wife, who was outside the store, was called to come inside. The staff member at the door said she had to wait in line again.
We explained that we had already been through the process, and we were inside the store just to finalize the purchase. If my wife did not approve, we wouldn’t proceed with the purchase. The staff member said they needed to check with the store manager. The manager was called, but they also refused to let my wife in and said she had to wait in line again.
We objected, explaining that we were already inside and were only waiting for my wife’s confirmation to proceed. Unfortunately, the store manager that his name is Kofi responded rudely and dismissively, saying, “I don’t care.” I told them that if this issue wasn’t resolved, I wouldn’t make the purchase. The manager replied, “I don’t care if you don’t make the purchase.” I said I would complain to the head office, and the manager responded, “Complain wherever you want!”

I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of the store manager at the Nike Vaughan Mills branch. Before sharing this issue on social media, I wanted to bring it to your attention. The behavior of the store manager was highly disrespectful and...
Read moreI'm fairly self-sufficient and don't have a high expectation of the customer service level from young adults. I can usually find in-store deals by simply looking around.
I inquired with a one of their staff for the location of the clearance size 12s and he helped me accordingly. I checked the selection didn't find anything interesting. On my way out I saw the same individual and asked about a certain shoe. He stated they didn't have any in-store and to visit the online store. He also offered other similar models, but I was mainly interested in the ones I was looking for.
After the secondary interaction, I was on my way out, and he was trying to get my attention while I was nearing the exit door. He suggested that sometimes customers misplace shoes and if I look around I may find something similar. Turns out I found a pair at almost half the price I was willing to pay, so in the end top service. I hope I don't spell your name wrong but, thank you Kayote for your assistance!
Good employees are hard to find. Nike and all other company's should always consider offering a raise or a new position to the good ones. Value those who value the business. Based on the negative reviews, it wouldn't be a bad move.
Thanks...
