worst place ever. Clients are annoying, owner is patronizing. I got harassed by on of their clients today. I had to take an emergency call for my business and that woman who did not shut her mouth since the minute she came in, she was talking so loud people on the moon can hear her and when I toke my call which last 5 minutes with 2 of them on speaker because I had to review and correct a document she complained. Her majesty wanted only her annoying voice to be heard. I was told I need to take my phone call out side and shushed. What the hell, is her money greener then mine or what the hell. I am a buying client and I come very often. I decided to talk to the owner the one with the short hair and I was angry, she looked me like I was nothing with a fake smile on her face and patronizing attitude. It is a bitty Victoria park has associated themselves with this place. I will never go there again and I will make sure my other friends which I referred to that...

This is the best spa experience I have ever had and I'm well rounded with my spa experiences. First of all I was late for my appointment and they handle me so politely.. I had a reflexology massage with Mirela and she had such a comforting and relaxing energy and not to mention extremely skillful and knowledgeable about her profession. I had a Swedish massage with Nadiya and let me tell you if I lived in your country I would come see this lady for a massage every week; best massage of my life, she is very skillful. I had a brow tint with Steph C and she did a great job and then as we all know right after a brow tint it can be very intense especially for someone with my pale complexion so Francine very kindly offered to touch up my make up so that I didn't feel too self conscious to spend the rest of the day at the mall :) This establishment is well run and have hired a lovely and professionally...

I just wanted to express how much I adore this place! I go very very often for many different treatments. It's really a one stop shop! I highly recommend Claudia for microblading, facials, eyebrow tints, eye lash lifts and tints. I also recommend Olesea for lash extensions and Emily for her cuts and blow outs. I'm sure any technician would be wonderful at this place but these are my 3 ladys and I absolutely adore them all! This place is beautiful. I always feel welcomed, the front receptionists are lovely and always have beautiful smiles. Every single time I go into this place I get excited because I know I'm going to be pampered. I highly highly recommend this establishment! I'm going in soon for my first make-up/hair styling session for a maternity photoshoot. I can't wait for that! I know they will do a beautiful job.
