4.7/5.0 stars for HKD services; they have been decent at these and certain cross-border credit card products

Negative stars in 2023 for their "CNY" services. They canceled my CUP DC cards because their own bank systems refused to let me pay my balance IN CNY, IN CNH, IN HKD, AND IN EVERY OTHER CURRENCY THAT THEIR BOCHK BRANCHES SUPPORT. I have never seen this at other card issuers around the world! Will be moving my credit card business to other HK banks after this...

用中銀已十五年以上，今年9月28日使用中銀BOC Pay應用程式時，發現乘車碼要綁定銀聯信用卡，見中銀i-card免年費，所以在應用程式內申請之。

一直無消息，遂於10月8日打上中銀信用卡熱線。熱線客服確認我身份後同意用我現有中銀Visa卡的資料轉用到此次申請上，雖覺得中銀不主動通知有文件要補交屬於不負責任，但見已在處理就忍，但10月13日竟然又收到中銀信用卡專用短訊叫我補交文件，反口覆舌令人驚訝，今日再打上客服，又被告知不用補交文件，申請結果本星期內有。至此，我實在無法忍受中銀信用卡中心的拖拉、不負責、反覆的做事方式，好像玩弄客戶。（當然亦不排除有陽奉陰違之徒故意激怒客戶令客戶遷怒中銀，如是則其已成功了一半）

既然申請i-card如此多波折，相信即使申請到，只會為我帶來更多麻煩，因此最好自保方法是像我這樣趁i-card尚未批出，盡快打上客服取消申請i-card。

有意申請中銀信用卡的網民，請三思。

當中銀信用卡漸漸無人申請時，中銀信用卡中心的員工或者要失業了。
