This is one of the paths from the Central District up to Victoria Peak by way of the network of roads and trails that scale up the mountain. This particular route is just under 2km in distance and is gradually steep but like most routes, it is almost entirely paved so easy to walk if you have the time, energy and interest in a bit of exercise in getting to The Peak.
The Central Green Trail starts at 1 Tramway Path basically at the Peak Tram Lower Terminus. While relatively easy to follow, you may want to view the route on the Hiking Trail Hong Kong app, a helpful tool for following local trails in the city, before setting off.

The public toilet facilities along the way were super clean and convenient. I definitely recommend this alternative to the Peak but would probably do it downward as it is...
