Style. Beautiful smaller intimate MO Setting. Escape in the center of town Explore. Upscale Central and hip Sheung Wan. Rooms. Was in room 810, very comfortable and well stocked mini bar. Did not expect to find a Lynch Bages in my room! @ the hotel. MO Landmark has always been my favorite part of HK and my happy space. I used to come here religiously for yoga at their gorgeous spa, and still meet friends regularly at MO bar and PDT for magical cocktails, and it really is a gem for eating and flopping. So many fabulous options: the two Michelin star Amber, three Michelin star Sushi Shikon, one Michelin star Kappo Rin, and the newer restaurant /wine bar Somm Service is perfect and you can send your requests via WhatsApp Food & drinks. Dinner at the fantastic Amber restaurant, lots of memories here as well as there are always amazing chefs visiting Prices. $667 Rating. 4/5 a bit disappointed as… Stayed here this time because of logistics and convenience. Our company corporate rates allow me to stay at the original MO (5 min walk away and here you get a better sense of place), Rosewood or the four seasons for half the price, so paying twice my normal amount makes me extra picky. Also got spoilt here last time as booked using miles and was upgraded to a stunning suite with gigantic round bathrub was surprised with the slow wifi 420 kbps to 4.5 mbps speed, while I can get 58 mbps on my cell phone

There are couple criteria must be met for my 5 stars. Efficiency: I mistakenly booked the L600 Executive instead of L600 Deluxe but the manager was kindly enough to switch for me on the next day. The manager himself guided me and my family to the room while arrived to the hotel. No check-in process at the lobby. Everything was done in the room by him. Absolutely a highly personalized services. Safety: Hotel guests need to walk up the stair in order to enter the hotel that can prevent any stranger gets into the hotel. Of course, a hotel card is need to get up the the floor. Professionalism: The personnels who works in the lobby recognized me and called me by title when they saw me regardless any shift. Cleanliness: Room:Twice a day housekeeping and a turndown service in the evening. Lobby, elevators: clean and neat with fresh scents all the time. Comfortability: The room itself is really nice and excellent design quality. I stayed at Landmark for 3 nights and the hotel is quite that never heard any door banging. I personally love the bathroom design and that's why I chose the deluxe over the executive suite. Overall, the hotel is deemed "world class in every manner" and services are deemed meticulous and exceeding my expectations.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Landmark Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong and it was an absolutely FANtastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of service provided by the staff. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautifully designed rooms and luxurious amenities. I would like to give a special thank you to Christoph and Severin, who well prepared for my stay. The FD team provided exceptional service throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. I also had an exceptional experience at MO bar. The food was delicious and presentable. Hanna and MO bar team are remarkably attentive. The hotel's location in the heart of Hong Kong's Central district is unbeatable, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Overall, I highly recommend the Landmark Mandarin Oriental to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Hong Kong. Thank you again to Christoph, Severin, and the entire staff for making my stay truly exceptional. I will definitely be back!

I expected nothing less that perfection from a Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong... and they STILL managed to well exceed our expectations! We only stayed one night which was literally the worst part of the entire trip... I wish I could stay there forever! Let’s start with the arrival. As soon as the taxi arrived, two doormen rushed over to open our doors and take out our luggage. There are stairs but next to the stairs is a lift so the bellmen took care of the luggage (we never had to deal with our luggage checking in OR checking out). At the arrival 2 front desk reps greeted us and checked us in, offered us tea, escorted us to the room personally, walked us through the room’s functions, then came BACK to the room and gave me a special chocolate cake because she realized the next day was my birthday! This all happened within the first 30 minutes we were there! I booked this with my AMEX Platinum which has a partnership with them through their Fine Hotels and Resorts collection so they honored all the benefits including early check in at noon, late check out at 4pm, $100 spa credit, complimentary wifi, breakfast for two daily, AND complimentary room upgrade. Speaking of breakfast, we got to choose from their buffet or the Amber restaurant (a 2 Michelin star restaurant!!!). The room we got upgraded to was STUNNING and had one of the most beautiful bathrooms ever. It was also well designed and incredibly spacious (there were 3 TVs!) The closet was huge and it had so many extra amenities in there. Finally, at check out, the team gave me another surprise with a gift of two teas to try when I get home as a thank you! Beyond this they were always so friendly and gracious and genuinely were interested in me and my husband and made us feel right at home without being overbearing - they just a great balance of service. And this was ALL the staff. Doormen, bell staff, front desk concierge, breakfast host, waiters... literally everyone was phenomenal. We really will never stay anywhere else while in Hong Kong! Thank you again to the Landmark Mandarin Oriental team and we can’t wait to...

What my family and I thought was purely a business trip stay over 3 nights turned out to be a memorable affair for us - so much so that us, including our son, is saddened to hear of the closure and gutting out of the hotel over the coming 1 year +. It was surreal to know that the existing hotel is around 18 years old (if we have our facts accurate), as it is very well maintained from the main areas , to rooms we stayed in and including the facilities we have enjoyed using (mainly the gym, swimming pool). The icing on the cake was the friendliness of the members of this hotel, whom went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a memorable one. It was so memorable that we have had difficulty in saying our goodbyes, especially knowing that our planned return to this hotel sometime closer to the end of this year or early parts of next year that it will not be opened, but especially that we will not be seeing these members of this Mandarin Oriental. To name a few of course Paula, Henry and other members, and also to Cherry whom made sure we were properly welcomed and brilliantly sent off, but also to the first persons we always see - John and Wayne. The rainy weather did not dampen our spirits as it was such pleasantry to see smiley faces the minute we walked into the hotel. The gym and pool members also deserved a mentioned - but unfortunately did not quite catch their names but they were superb in ensuring that we were comfortable and that we enjoyed ourselves. The 3 nights we spent went extremely quick - and it it a lot to do with how enjoyable and comfortable our stay was. We will definitely continue staying with Mandarin Oriental and hope to see the continuity of the exceptional level of service shown at the Landmark Mandarin...

We recently returned from our ski trip in Japan, but unfortunately, I injured my knee and I'm currently using crutches and a wheelchair. As soon as my wife and I entered the hotel, we were warmly greeted by a humorous doorman who was incredibly helpful with our luggage and assisting with the wheelchair lift.Upon checking in, we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Maxim Oodterveld, who kindly upgraded us to a premium L600 room, considering my condition. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, complete with a grand circle bathtub. To our delight, we were also welcomed with some snacks and New Year chocolates. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was convenient and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding, and it made me proud to witness the high standard of Hong Kong hospitality. Additionally, I must mention that the breakfast at the MO bar was absolutely incredible with late hour serving given the public holiday, the quality of the food surpassed our expectations. What made the experience even better was the exceptional service provided by our waiter. He was extremely helpful in taking our orders and providing valuable suggestions.Despite being on a 16/8 fasting schedule and typically skipping breakfast, we couldn't resist indulging in the delicious spread at the MO Bar. The exquisite breakfast was definitely worth breaking our fasting routine for, and we wouldn't hesitate to enjoy it again.Drawing from our positive experiences at the Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong, we have decided to stay at the Mandarin Oriental for the next leg...
