You can enter ONLY by redeeming points through Lee Garden app. It’s not very clear neither on the app nor online. Before coming you need to reserve a spot via the app: on the home page of the app scroll down to hyevents! Find Playdot in there and reserve your spot. Without reservation - they won’t let you in. On weekends you need to reserve at least 8h in advance - it gets full quickly. 1 ticket is for 1 child and only 1 accompanying adult, and costs 300 points. There is no cash price equivalent for the entrance. When you register in the app, they reward you with 500 points. You earn points by shopping/spending in any of Lee Gardens and Hysan. 1hkd spent = 1 point. To register a spending you need to take a clear picture of both payment receipts - one from the shop/restaurant and another from the cash machine.
