Hotel Pennington by Rhombus — Hotel in Hong Kong

The guy serving me is no problem at service. The room is very small compareed I live in 10 hotels at Wan Chai which is ranging from 4 star to 5 star.

The hotel manager service is terrible when I ask for changing room because of the bad smell of the room.

They said our request is very irrelevant and unreasonable. Because we check in for 1 hour. I haven't ask for any room changing due to the room condition is terrible right her.

Stayed for a night and was surprised with an upgrade due to it being my first time staying at their hotel. Comfortable bed and large washroom. Very Spacious for 1-2 persons. Overall, even though they weren't a 5 star hotel, I had a wonderful stay.

The hotel room is great and the location is marvelous. The staff were help and very polite, especially, the conceige.

However, I find the mattress of the bed too firm. They provide 2 types of pillows, one firm and one soft which is great. Despite putting no disturb sign, the cleaning staff keeps knocking at the door.
