They have interesting menus and deals and a fun Taiwanese Izakaya vibe but their food was alright (not authentic Japanese Izakaya food). My biggest tick was that they charge for water ($50) which is equivalent to ordering a drink. Although they promote 30% off their drink menu during happy hours, I find it very irresponsible for the store to force customers to pay for water when they serve so much alcohol. Dehydration from alcohol can bear serious consequences when they leave the store. They don’t even serve water when you first enter 😅so that shows how much they care about customers experience. Waiters/waitress are inexperienced and made many mistakes, e.g., a waiter dropped a piece of wagyu on the table before putting into the hot pot we ordered and just pretended nothing happened. Definitely not enough attention on needs of customers. We ordered a cocktail which came in a very small glass with 80% of it being ice or big pieces of lemonade/lime/grapefruit which have apparently been soaked for a long time, so very little alcohol. Will not...
