They have interesting menus and deals and a fun Taiwanese Izakaya vibe but their food was alright (not authentic Japanese Izakaya food). My biggest tick was that they charge for water ($50) which is equivalent to ordering a drink. Although they promote 30% off their drink menu during happy hours, I find it very irresponsible for the store to force customers to pay for water when they serve so much alcohol. Dehydration from alcohol can bear serious consequences when they leave the store. They don’t even serve water when you first enter 😅so that shows how much they care about customers experience. As for their food, it was alright (a bit pricey for the quality) and had to wait for awhile (the store can’t keep up with the pace and they get orders mixed up sometimes) so make sure to go there when you are...

Wow. I came here for a quick bite after a business meeting with my colleague. We arrived relatively late but it was still OK to get the lunch set. The place was almost empty and we were able to get a seat and order right away.

The place is very neat and tidy, and the food offered all looks delicious. We both went for the same grilled chicken leg with rice. They were able to accommodate for a small portion of rice for me. The option to add a drink was surprisingly cheap.

The food tasted as it looks on the menu, just delicious. I can't wait to come back...

Food qualities are average and is definitely overpriced. Wagyu was over cooked. Waiters/waitress are inexperienced and made many mistakes, e.g., a waiter dropped a piece of wagyu on the table before putting into the hot pot we ordered and just pretended nothing happened. Definitely not enough attention on needs of customers. We ordered a cocktail which came in a very small glass with 80% of it being ice or big pieces of lemonade/lime/grapefruit which have apparently been soaked for a long time, so very little alcohol. Will not...

Service is just so so for not many waiter and waitress. It took us quite long while to have our food and we need to ask them to take away those dishes we have finished. Looks like they are in short of man power. Food is good in general, the squid served just at the right time. The chicken wings smell sooooo good that you feel like you are in heaven (if you like wings). Oyster is palm size!! The only dish not so good is the pan fried rice ball, its a bit over grilled but taste still alright. Open rice online booking available, extra point!

Ordered lunch set O - ox tongue and A4 Waguy. Both perfectly grilled. The tongue was nice and tender and the steak perfectly medium well, allowing the marble to ooze. However, there needs to be a little (side) dish to bring the rice and the meat together - something saucy or perhaps pickles? Salad just doesn't cut it. There's also mochi and azuki bean paste as dessert. Decent but nothing to write home about. I won't comment on the sake as I ain't no sake expert, but the one on the left was pretty nice.
