Decent Italian cafe in Causeway Bay that worth spending an afternoon tea time in such a hot summer.

Lobster bisque served with half shelled lobster tail. Not the supreme ones but the price of $128 in a decent environment with service is unbeatable.

Scones are just $58, priced just a little higher to those in coffee shop. Warm and aromatic.

Hot chocolate are milky and trends to be sweeter than i prefer. coffee very Italian style, dark roasted and not fruity type that i usually prefer. Rose tea is exceptionally aromatic so i prefer tea here.

Gelato and cake selections are much limited compared to the Cova takeaway stall in the other end of the same floor. So if you just fancy a gelato, better go there instead as you can't order the treats there when you dine-in in the Ristorante.

Nicely located at the heart of Causeway Bay shopping area. Fair selection of beverages. With the decent deco it would have been an ideal place for a Sunday afternoon high tea. Unfortunately the unfriendly staffs and unprofessional service have ruined such a nice setting. Staffs that we’ve interacted with were arrogant, self-important and serving with poor attitude. Would not recommend to anyone who expects any service level that is justified by the price...

Went for the Vietti Wine Dinner. At the end of the dinner walked up to the head sommelier (older guy with glasses) for sugar and he went “ha?” And turned up his nose.
