Decent beer house in this area but service sucks. The waitress who attended to us was great, however, we encountered a shockingly rude waiter who made the experience very uncomfortable.

After we had been there for a long while, he asked that we order a drink else we need to leave (made sense to me). I decided to order a dish of similar value. However, he then insisted me to order another drink. When I inquired about which beer has a higher alcohol content, he suggested one. I politely asked how it tastes like, he responded that it was bitter. I then asked for a recommendation for something less bitter, and he became visibly annoyed, sarcastically saying, 'So you want a beer with higher content but you don’t want it to taste bitter? Anything with higher alcohol content tastes bitter. You can look at the menu to see the alcohol percentages or just order something tame.'

I found it surprising that a pub staff member would lack knowledge about their beers and that bitterness doesn't represent their percentage of alcohol content in a beer. Ultimately, I ended up ordering a random beer, as it's useless to ask for his opinion. I genuinely hope they can improve their attitude towards customers in the future. I would've purchased some of their bottled beers if it wasn't that terribly...

I went here for drinks last night. I order Lazy Days, Mapo Nachos, and some chips. The food and drink was great; the place cool and clean--very nice atmosphere. The problem is the guy with the glasses who worked there. He was so rude it was unbelievable. When we were ordering our food he acted like we were bothering him. Before ordering my beer I wanted to have a small taste, which is completely normal at a brew House. He actually rolled his eyes at me. I was pretty shocked, so I asked him if he's sure I can have a taste and he didn't even reply. If I was the owner of this establishment I'd get rid of this guy before I loose more new customers.

On the other hand, the 2 woman working there were super friendly and happy to serve us. I hate to give 1 star to this place, but that guy working there gave is a very bad first impression. We won't be returning.

This was suppose to be 1 star but decided to offer 2 stars because of other factors such as their beer selection and food.

We came here for 2 rounds of beers and some snacks and came in politely but we were treated poorly by the staff despite us trying to be polite as much as we we can.

One issue was us hailing them to come over to take our order only to be met with a deadpan stare and walked lazily to our table. It really seemed that the staff (middle parted hair, glasses, a bit lean) didn't want to even take our order.

Another just threw the menu on our table when we asked for it. Not sure why, we've ate in a lot of places and quite aware of the HK culture but this seem really out of place and rude. We tried our best to be polite.
