The food is really good and surprisingly cheap comparing to the quality and the level of delicioussness it reaches. No wonder they got Michelin for 4 years in a row (but I think it is for their restaurant in Macau though). Anyway, the food is good. That meet and that sandwich that you see in my pics, they just melt in your mouth once they enter. I'm not sure how local these dishes are, since they seems rather fusional, but they are really good. The noodles were springy, the wantons fresh and flavorful, and the milk tea was smooth with just the right balance of sweetness. For a set meal, the price was very reasonable. A comforting and authentic start to our HK trip. highly recommended for a quick, tasty bite in the...
