The stone and service were ok. I asked them before purchase if they fill out all the documentation for the tax refund and they absolutely said yes. They even estimated prices assuming I was getting the tax back. I was told this would be sent via email. I’m still waiting. I’ll make sure to tell friends visiting not to go here. I’m going to check the stones back in the US.

Update: They finally sent the invoice two days later. I noticed an emerald was chipped. The only reason why they fixed the emerald and sent the invoice was because I reached out to another location. I just left Colombia today and none of the paperwork they gave me worked to get my tax refund. This place is deceitful. Please...

Tratare de resumir esta publicación lo más posible, empesare con lo bueno y después denotare lo malo, el servicio por parte del personal fue atento y amable en todo momento, por otra parte en lo que respecta a la calidad de las esmeraldas es muy baja las más decentes serian calidad media, adicional mente el precio exorbitante para esa cálida como ejemplo cotize una esmeralda de 1.62 quilates constó que me brindaron $5200 dólares siendo que por ser calidad media alrededor el valor al público ronda 600 a 750 dólares, adicilmente pude notar como me brindaron precisós inflados por ser extranjero, ya que el anillo que cotizo alguien más escuche como le brindaban un precio de $1200 dólares y yo al preguntar por el mismo anillo me brindaron un precio de $2900 dólares, por último recomendación, EXTRANJERO si planeas asistir a este o otro local investiga el precio por quilate...

Ich beziehe meine Rezension auf den Palacio de la Esmeralda, nicht das Museum. Sie haben tolle Smaragde und auch das Personal ist freundlich. Als es aber um das Thema Zertifikat geht wurde die Atmosphäre komisch und die Mitarbeiter flüsterten etwas, was ich nicht hören sollte. Danach wurde mir eine komische PDF Datei gezeigt. Ich habe keinen Beweis, deshalb ist es nur meine Vermutung, aber ich glaube, dass die gezeigten Zertifikate wertlos sind. Deshalb würde ich es nicht empfehlen...
