Worst haircut possible. From the minute I walked in here it was problems. I’ve been growing my hair out for 2.5 years I have long curly hair. I decided to book a day at the salon and change my hair. I booked a cut, treatment, facial. They didn’t do anything other than give me the worst haircut in history. I showed the person a photo and told them like this but longer.

The guy then cut it 3 times shorter, didn’t do anything I asked. There was no facial after it was an absolute disaster and I’m usually easy to please. Check out the photos and tell me I’m crazy. The hairstylists here are skilled and know their craft, but unfortunately, my girlfriend had a disappointing experience. Throughout her appointment, she felt pressured to leave a positive review while still in the chair, which made the whole situation uncomfortable.

Additionally, they seemed more focused on upselling than on providing good service. She was constantly encouraged to buy expensive products, and unexpected service fees were added to the bill. Instead of a relaxing visit, it felt like a sales pitch.

If you’re looking for a good haircut, you’ll get it here—but be prepared for pushy sales tactics. Definitely not the professional atmosphere...

Stellar service. They take care of you from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. My stylist was Wilmar. I came in for the amino acid treatment on my hair and he was super excellent. First they do an evaluation of your hair and then he told me step-by-step what he was doing. I am so happy with my results. I’m definitely saving their number and coming back here next time I come to Colombia. I highly highly super highly recommend them, and especially Wilmar. Just read everybody else’s review.
