Nice little rocky beach. Probably my favourite public beach in Dubrovnik. Hard to find ( go at the bottom of the review for indications). Good to know if you don't like to burn like hell on the beach, after 5pm the beach is under the shadow of the cliffs so you can go enjoy the sea and the view and give some relief to you sunburned skin! For "easy" access go to the Rixos hotel, when in front of that big building go DOWN the little street on your left hand side of the building (Kotorska ul. See picture). Then take the path on the right near the villa. Follow the path, on your right there's a couple of stairs leading to the Rixos resort ( you can rent a sunbed for 100 HRK and use the pool... If you feel cocky, just use the pool...) Stay on the path climb some stairs to go at the top of the cliff the beach is in front of you! At this point, if you go through the trees on you right you'll find a jumping spot. If you don't have the guts, you little coward ;) just climb down the stairs sit on the beach and relax. After all you deserve it, that was a lot of stairs!

It was really sad to see so much garbage people leave behind on such a cute beach. plastic bottles and waste that soon enough ends up in the sea. PLEASE take your things back with you, it’s just a minute of your time, there is also a big trash can right there. and all those cigarette butts…. there are a million ways to store them like in a cup or something, and just throw them in the trash can before you leave. the only way for all of us to equally enjoy such small, “hiden” beaches is to leave no traces of having been there. and that way you ensure that all of us will have a more pleasant experience next time. Enjoy Dubrovnik, enjoy Croatia, and enjoy your vacation; and let it be the place you will love to recommend to your families, friends and kids for next summer. Not just Pasjaca because it’s Instagram worthy, but also places like this - easily accessible, close to the old town and some good coffee breaks.

This is a great little swimming spot and tends to be quieter due it's location. It's about 20-30min from old town but the walk is beautiful at parts. On first impressions the water looks beautiful but the area a bit grubby. This is common in Croatia as they use masses of concrete around their swimming spots that looks ugly and gets covered in graffiti. The beach is small pebbles and is more comfortable than most of the beaches in the area. There is showers here too and plenty space for everyone. The water is crystal clear and getting in was no issue as the pebbles are smaller. The area is surrounded by cliffs and there is also a cave to swim into if it's calm. It's a beautiful sheltered spot, turquoise waters surrounded by cliffs and rocks that kids were jumping off.

Really nice beach, definitely worth checking it out. Its quite small, still bigger than it looks on the pics. On sunday it was quite crowdy, still managable in my opinion. (Video was taken saturday evening) There was a shower and a toilet, changing room. Beautiful sea and super clean water. Expect the sun only until around 5ish pm, as its under the cliff. Quite difficult to find at first, the stairs that shows on google maps as a road were not accessible now. Had to go a bit further on the main road (direction from old town); and follow the left turn to the hotels, then again left downside. There were other stairs leading right to the beach. Definitely managable to find, maybe a bit problematic at first time.
