Before booking this place, read all of the negative reviews about the place and crazy behavior of the owner. It was either I or Booking app had mistakenly reserve this place and it was in the wrong city and country. Once I caught the mistake, the owner made a concerted effort to make endless excuses with Booking that I could not get my refund even though it was for 3 nights. He refused my endless phone calls and texts to work this out with him. At this point, this feels like straight up theft or someone robbing me in broad daylight. In addition to that, he and Booking managed to erase all internal messages so that I was not able to write a review about my awful experience with this guy who goes by the name of Jeff. Even his name sounds dubious and I heard from one of the local people I met that the owner is not from the area and unreliable. Im not really sure how he gets some these 5 star review when so many other have complained about the filth and invasion or privacy from this owner during their stay. My review will hopefully serve as a warning to others to think twice before...

I’m giving this 3 stars because the place is beautiful!! Service is horrible around here, you won’t get a smile from any of the people that work here they are very rude…… and extremely unfriendly or even caring, the guy from the entrance sold us a ticket only for the walls, that was the same price than another ticket than included the walls and all the other museums !!!! Tickets are not cheap it was 35$ euros…… he could have told us there was another ticket including everything, but he did not…. So we had to pay for the ticket again at another point of the visit 😡 Please make sure when you buy the tickets buy the one that includes all the museums otherwise you will Be paying 70$ euros per person to see the whole thing when you could have...
