My friends and I were told about this location that has been a family run business for about 30 years (or 40?). Everything about this place was wonderful. I believe one of the daughters of the owners was hosting and waiting on us and she was genuinely beautiful and generous. The food was out of this world and exceeded our expectations and our hopes of true Croatian and fresh seafood. We ordered way too much food but ate every single drop of every plate. I would recommend everything we had and wish I had a picture of all the food.
Definitely recommend the mussels, seafood platter (it says good for 2, but probably good for 3 if having appetizers) which includes squid, tuna steak (just melts in your mouth), veggies, more mussels, sea bass, and I know I’m forgetting more. Also need to get the black risotto and the gnocchi with beef and mushrooms was also excellent.

We visited Konoba Sebastian in Dubrovnik just before Easter and had the most outstanding meal of our trip. Everything was freshly prepared and bursting with flavor. I had the fresh gnocchi with beef, and my wife enjoyed the risotto with chicken and curcumin—both dishes were exceptional.
From the moment we sat down, we noticed the attention to detail: the fresh bread was delicious, and the local wine recommended by the staff paired perfectly with our meal. Every aspect of the experience stood out, but the food was truly the highlight—it was easily the best meal we had in Dubrovnik and, in fact, our favorite in all of Croatia.
We enjoyed it so much that we made sure to return for lunch before leaving the city. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and authentic.

Food arrived in 4 minutes since ordering demonstrating chef's great capacity to bend some laws of the boiling pasta physics. Also the forest mushrooms looked extremely familiar despite me never cooking with forest mushrooms at home. Pasta tasted good and its taste reminded me of the food cooked at home where I do not use forest mushrooms because forest mushrooms are an experience to try at a fancy restaurant. The food was very hot upon arriving, but it cooled down very quickly on few minutes, a very strange phenomenon that reminded me again about my home and its modern appliances.
