Amazing ambiance and music. We went on a Sunday and the musicians played Cuban/ Latin music.
The service was excellent! The food was very good - small portions so you need to order at least 2 dishes for each person. The dishes were a tad expensive but you get accomplished musicians, an amazing atmosphere, and great waiters.
The wakame and orange infused salmon salad was amazing. The ceviche was also very good and had a very large amount of sea bass. I would prefer it to be more citrusy. The pachamanca de pollo, although a misnomer, was sublime. The vegetable medley was plain, but served with flair!
Finally the cocktails were spectacular, especially the Chilcano which was a taste explosion 💥!
