We went there for a dinner. There was only few customers, less than six inside. It took ages for the staff to regognize acknowledge us. The tree waitresses just played with their mobile phones, not to give a glance towards us.
We had to go to the counter to order, it went rahther uncomplicated, although a word or two from the staff would have been appreciated by us.
The water jugs were empty, there were no empty glasses to take, tables were a mess, crumbs etc.
We had to ask the staff to fill up the water jugs, had to ask for glasses. She took the jugs one by one to the male waiter, who filled them up.
We ordered three diches, two warm, one with potatoes and one sushi assortment. One of the warm dishes came rather quicly. Waitresses walked empty handed, (mobile phone excluded) back and forward.
For the second dish, we had to wait for some good ten minutes. Waitress took the number from us and that's it. After ten + minutes, we went and started asking for the potatoes and the sushi. At the same time, some other customers came up to the counter with the same thing in their mind.
Waitress, super impolite, started sorting things out and finally snapped to us, they are coming.
We had the sushi too, that was quite OK, but no soy sauce. No all the staff was in the kitchen with their mobile phones, playing with them. Our 11 yrs old girl even said, what is their problem. Finally we managed to get their attention, had the soy sauce but still no potatoes. After mentioning about them potatoes numeruos of times, she snapped again, they are coming. Finally, it did. The potatoes (was supposed to be fried) were fridge cold and so were our warm dishes too.
We did inform the waitress about that, but she did not seem to care, but about her mobile phone.
Overall experience, never again!!
Food would have been quite OK, if it had been served on time...
Read moreVisiting MySushi at Viru Keskus was, without exaggeration, the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in years. We arrived around 20:00, sat outside, and placed our order via QR code. The first order was placed at 20:23, the second at 20:32. I even went inside to ask the waitress which table number should be entered and whether it was fine that we were sitting outside. She confirmed everything was fine and said the order would be brought to us.
We waited over 50 minutes before I went inside to ask what was going on. Only then did we find out that the kitchen had been closed for some time and our orders were ignored simply because we “used the QR code right before closing.” The first order was placed a full 37 minutes before closing — and no one thought to inform us that the kitchen wouldn’t accept it. Meanwhile, the order status remained “in progress” the whole time.
Instead of a proper explanation or a genuine apology, we got a bone-dry “Sorry” and a vague promise that a refund might appear on my card “in a few days.” In the end, we wasted an hour, left hungry, and had the money intended for dinner locked away until the refund is processed. It’s been 4 days now, I still haven’t received my refund.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this incident was a slap in the face. And after sending a detailed complaint, the restaurant’s official response was a single, tone-deaf line that doesn’t even make any sense: “Do I understand right, that the problem was decided?” — no apology, no acknowledgment of the mistake, and absolutely no effort to make things right.
This is complete disrespect for the customer, zero accountability, and sheer incompetence from the staff. Never again — and I strongly advise others...
Read moreWe wanted to sit on the terrace, but all the tables and the surrounding area were not cleaned - there were food scraps and broken glass on the table and floor. We decided to go and sit inside, we waited for food for almost an hour (there were not many customers). When the food was ready, we weren't told about it or brought to the table, but put on the edge of the counter - good thing we noticed. Drinks were forgotten, we had to ask for them ourselves. No plates or cutlery were brought to the table, we had to go and ask for them ourselves too. There were 4 of us, we were handed 3 plates and told that we had no more plates to give. This is a diner, what do you mean you don't have plates??? One of us had to eat from a coffee cup plate. PLEASE do not waste your money and time...
