Stunning restaurant with a beautiful environment and absolutely delightful servers (who would go an extra mile for us English speaking tourists). The food here will really blow you away. The 6 course menu was so well curated with all the dishes really delicate in flavour and nothing too bland or heavy. The amuse bouche was nice to get us started. The cocoa and blue cheese (ball) was divine. The unexpected blend between the two really brings out the subtle bitterness of the cocoa against the decadent cheese elevating the entire experience. The most delicious plate of the night was the second entree of the marbled sea bream gravelax which was most perfectly seasoned. The balance of the flavour in with the wasabi mayonnaise creates a perfect harmony of umami, spice and creaminess. The subtle addition of the broccoli really bring this dish to a new level as a hint of freshness and crunchiness creates an entirely different experience. The wine pairing with this dish was chosen exceptionally well helping complement each other and drawing out the subtle aromas of flavours of the wine and dish. The octopus main was an absolute delight with its velvety sauce. The chicken was also delicious especially the candied olive and lemon puree. The breast however was part too stringy but it didn't take too much away from the overall experience. The cheesecake and sweet potato tart were also very delicious with well balanced flavours and not too heavy. Will absolutely come back next time...

Edit to answer response: Very rude response from a business owner that pretty much sums up the attitude of this establishment, if a customer is not happy I believe you should do everything you can to remedy the situation instead of just saying “désolé”. The table next to me also complained about the dry lamb so I know for a fact I wasn’t the only one and I have since spoken to people that have also been to the restaurant in the past and had been fooled by these reviews and pictures.

Truly the worst dining experience of my life. Don’t be deceived but the pictures and other reviews… this place will leave you disappointed. Even with the fork discount we felt truly scammed.

The place is completely let go, as we walked in we weren’t given a table, sat ourselves down and the chair was broken.

The waiter was kind but not trained and not suitable for this kind of restaurant.

The place was so dirty and messy I can only imagine the kitchen. There is no atmosphere, it’s in-between two busy bars and isn’t in a nice place in Paris.

Then the food…served on dirty plates and mismatching cutlery: dry lamb, cold and tasteless. For the wine the only option was one glass for €15 or bundles of wine for €60.

The worst part is that this place is trying to be fancy and has a high price point… it’s truly scamming people as the service, food and atmosphere are...

We came here today with big expectations. However, these expectations were not fulfilled.

Service: Really great service! Waitress spoke really good english and was able to answer every question in detail.

Food: For starters we had the duck and snails. Both dishes were really good. However, the main course was a big letdown. I explicitely ordered the duck to be medium rare, it came however well done and was really dry. As I wanted to eat together with my accompaniment I did not send it back to the kitchen. Other than that the other ingridients tasted quiet good. One other issue was that the plate that i got was broken on one side (which is not something I expect from a 40€ dish).

Overall the portion size is really small. The size of the menu (~100g duck + 1 potato and a few beans) is something i expect in a 4/5 course menu, but definetly not in a 3 course menu. For this size the price is definetly not justified, not even for paris. We had much better experiences in other restaurants for the same price or even for a bit less.

Overall I would not recommend this restaurant as due to the large competition other and better restaurants are available. We left and went to a different place a few hours later cause we still were a bit hungry. We go out a lot, but after paying ~150€ for 2 persons this is...
