READ BEFORE BOOKING!
I strongly advise against booking with this company. I purchased Moulin Rouge tickets for June 18th. The company’s website and communication were misleading — they appeared to be affiliated with the official venue and claimed that a tour guide would contact us on the day of the show with meeting details.
When I noticed the tickets had been incorrectly booked for June 17th (not the date I selected), I contacted them immediately. Despite their stated policy allowing date changes when availability permits, they refused to make any changes or offer support. Instead, I was told it was my fault for missing the event, even though they never followed up as promised with the meeting information - and even though I asked for a different date than what was sent over to me.
What made this worse was the customer service — not only were they unhelpful, they were dismissive, and completely unwilling to engage in any kind of solution-oriented discussion. It felt like they were more interested in selling duplicate tickets than helping customers fix issues - they kept suggesting I buy two more tickets for the show that evening!
I ended up contacting the official Moulin Rouge, who confirmed that this company is not affiliated with them and that they had no issue with the date change on their end, so they were confused as to why we could not join the show that evening.
Save yourself the stress — book directly through the Moulin Rouge website. This company operates in a dishonest way and shows absolutely no regard for customer experience or fairness.
I paid 500$ cad and I am not disputing this charge with my credit card company. I ended up finding tickets through the official site that were WAY cheaper. Tip - keep checking the official site as tickets pop up last minute and the experience is so...
Read moreDuring my recent trip to Paris, I booked two tours with Paris City Vision — the Louvre Priority Access with Mona Lisa Escort and the Full-Day Mont Saint-Michel Guided Tour. Both experiences were outstanding and very well-organized.
The meeting points were clearly marked, and the staff were present on time to greet us warmly and guide us through the process.
For the Louvre Priority Access Tour, our guide Florence was exceptional. She led us efficiently through the museum, highlighting all the important exhibits and masterpieces. Her explanations were informative and engaging, and she even showed us the best spots to view and photograph the most famous treasures — from the Mona Lisa to Venus de Milo. Florence was very knowledgeable and patient, ensuring everyone had a great experience.
For the Mont Saint-Michel Guided Tour, Zoltan was our guide and Fouad (Fred) was the driver. It was a truly memorable day. Zoltan shared fascinating insights into the history of Normandy, Mont Saint-Michel, and other landmarks along the way. He communicated fluently in both English and Spanish and took us up to the top of Mont Saint-Michel, explaining even the finer details. He also recommended some of the local dishes to try during our visit.
Fred ensured a safe and comfortable journey, maintaining the bus in perfect condition and making timely stops for breaks. His careful driving made the long trip very pleasant.
Overall, both tours exceeded my expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed the experiences and highly recommend Paris City Vision to anyone wishing to explore Paris and its surroundings with professional and...
Read moreTour from Paris to Mont St. Michel. I will say that we had a great tour guide, I felt she was very knowledgeable and she was very funny. We also thoroughly enjoyed Mont. St. Michel itself, the tour guide lead us in a great direction where it didn’t seem like the stairs were so much, and it seemed we went a secret way, which was very fun and away from the crowds. What I did not enjoy was the bus. The seats are way too close and we were squished in there like sardines and for an 8 hour trip in one day it was just too tight. My daughter is 5’4 and I will show a picture of her when the person in front of her put the seat back and she has to put her leg in the aisle. It was too close for myself also. I could have given a head massage to the person in front of me, and the bus was full so there was no where to move. Also I didn’t feel that we could enjoy a sit down meal at the La Mere Poulard to have the special omelette due to the length of the guided tour, maybe 1/2 hour less would get more appropriate for us to look around. Now there are other items to eat that take much less time, but if you had your hopes on eating at this restaurant, you may not have enough time, so maybe a 1/2 hour less during the tour, or opt out of the guided tour all together and just take the bus which some people did. I would have liked at least another hour to look around, so I would not recommend this tour if you’d like a little more time or prefer more room on the bus. What I would recommend is staying 2-3 days in the area, so you could stay one night on Mont. St. Michel and then visit Normandy and Rouen...
