I used to like going to the Parisian shop but I have to admit, that the last times I went I had a very disappointing experience.
I went to the shop at the beginning of the month, the salewoman upstairs was very nice. However, when I went downstairs among the 8 people I passed by only two said hello to me. I looked at all the clothes in the store and passed behind two salesperson who didn't even stop chatting or didn't even move a bit so that I could access the clothes. I was very disappointed as I am not used to such poor service at the Vivienne Westwood store.
I went back this week to ask about an unanswered email I had sent the week before. The person who received my email didn't even bother coming out of the office area to explain why my email hadn't been answered.
Despite this poor behavior I had the pleasure of trying on some pieces of the new collection. When came the time for me to choose, and pay the item I had selected , I got a remark from the salesperson at the cashdesk telling me 'you're only taking this'. I thought this comment was quite rude as she insisted for me to take another item saying that 'they were very low in stock' of this new item, which isn't even online yet.
I am truly sad of such poor customer service from a brand such as Vivienne Westwood. I was used to a better service and used to feel welcomed at the shop. I have to say that regarding these two experiences I am not sure I will come to the shop again and will most likely...
Read moreMy sister and I visited Vivienne Westwood on the evening. We really love the brand because its really unique and beautiful. The collections are adorable and pretty. The salesperson who assist us was really kind and helpful, by the end of our visit we decided to purchased 2 of the bags.
When we made the purchased on cashier, they didnt show us the bag before packing it, probably because the store was about to close and they were hurrying up.
Really dissapointed when we arrived at home, when we finally able to check the bag that my sister purchased (Granny Frame Purse), they only pack the metal strap and forgot the leather one (as shown on pict 1st pict was when she took the photo of the purse on the store, and 2nd pict when we unpacked the bad at home, no leather strap).
We tried to contact the online customer services but they told us to contact the stores. Since we are leaving the day after, we can’t visit the store anymore. We really really adore and love Vivienne Westwood, it’s really sad and dissapointing that this happened, we believe the salesperson are putting their best but well, the neglience change our judgment.
Please solve it because we are paying for a price that isn’t cheap (without getting tax refund too:(), we expect the professionalism.

I can't believe i haven't shopped with Vivienne Westwood Sooner?!
Not only did coming into the store feel like a completely different universe, but it also felt like home?! It was so comfortable and edgy and affordable it was amazing! (Not to mention their amazing generous 40% sale!)
Multiple staff members helped me make this experience great! Not only did they not try and force me to buy anything or up sell me, they took their time and made the process so smooth riding and so memorable. All the staff had our best interest at heart which made the experience more magical, as they each advised me and helped me pick out the perfect item!
I was a little dissatisfied with the lack of stock sizing in the jewellery department which led me to buy my dream bag instead! But what can i say? Win Win!
I would like to personally thank the lady who helped me in particular (She didn't tell me her name) she was so lovely!! She made sure we were getting the experience of a lifetime and helped us with anything we needed! It was so nice to speak to her!!
