We chose the Disney Marvel Hotel to celebrate my son's 6th birthday, despite initial concerns about security given the situation in France. However, the comprehensive security measures at Disney put my mind at ease. Unfortunately, the value for money we expected wasn't quite there. The room was decent, featuring subtle Marvel decor, but lacked some basic amenities like body lotion, and there was only one shower cap for four people. Breakfast downtown was delicious, particularly the eggs & salmon bagel, but as a family, we didn't find the all-you-can-eat option worth it. Room service on our last day offered the same food as downstairs, with the pancakes feeling merely dressed up. The recently refurbished metro pool was clean and enjoyable, although both the pool and the hot tub were disappointingly cold. While the sauna was delightful, the steam room was unfortunately out of order. On a positive note, the pool did provide toys and floating devices for children, and essential amenities like towels, showers, lockers, hairdryers, and swimsuit dryers were available, though swim bags were not provided. Booking the superhero station was a bit disappointing as it didn't specify which hero would be available. It would have been nice to have a choice. The Design Studio was a lovely activity, especially on a rainy day, although it was quite crowded and supplies like paper and coloring pencils were limited. The concierge and luggage crew were impressively efficient, sparing us the hassle of carrying shopping around the park, although there was a minimum requirement of €50. While the hotel boasts a grand aesthetic and decent food, its 4-star rating feels questionable, especially compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide maintaining diamond, platinum, etc status. As an ex-Floridian, I couldn't help but compare it to the more magical feel of Disney Orlando, despite the extreme heat there. This was my second time at DLP, the first being horrendous, but opting for a Disney hotel didn't quite live up to my expectations. Overall, if you're a huge Marvel fan looking to experience Disney and utilize the magic hour, the Disney Marvel Hotel might be worth considering. However, it requires careful planning and early rising. Alternatively, opting for a cheaper Disney hotel and investing in ultimate fast passes could offer better value, we finished Disneyland park by 12:30 using our fast passes. Personally, I might consider returning if I found a really good deal, mainly for its proximity to the parks, although there are shuttles available for other hotels.

We stayed at this hotel last week. The hotel looks impressive, has a lovely interior and there are many pieces of memorabilia and fab art on the walls throughout the Hotel. The Hotel is also really close to both parks and Disney village. And it was very convenient for us. However, I found a few things pretty odd. You get bottled water on your first day of arrival and thereafter you need to ask reception for it (!). Having young kids and big queues at the reception most of the time, it was not the easiest task at all. I am not sure why would you not just get water every day as you are a guest and have paid for each day of your stay. Why I had to queue and chase water bottles every day, I will never understand. The breakfast was good but certainly was a very busy time of the day. And the buffet can be pretty far from the table you are shown to sit at and managing hot drinks whilst manoeuvring amongst running kids, people carrying plates and busy tables all over the place was quite challenging. I do not consider it being a great set up. We also dined at Manhattan Restaurant for our evening meal and we were very disappointed with the kids menu. The choices were very unkids and more adult like foods. When I asked to make a bowl of pasta with some butter for my youngest , I had to send it back twice as it was soo undercooked, rattling on the plate and pretty inedible . We found it strange that the standard kids preferred meals like pasta , mac and cheese , etc were nowhere available. The hotel feels more geared up for adults rather than kids. Overall, the food was ok, it scored better on the looks than taste but the price tag was certainly way too expensive. We definitely did not consider the food being value for money. Would we stay again there, probably not. Overall there is nothing wrong with the Hotel but I did not find it being that welcoming for the kids and not a great value for money overall. The proximity to Parks seemed to be really the only big advantage.

We had our honeymoon here! The entire hotel is decorated in Marvel style and artwork (both concept as well as artist renditions). I could go on and on about all the beautiful details but you'll be reading for hours if I do! The staff was very helpful, friendly and understanding and went above and beyond! The lady at the check-in counter learned that it was our honeymoon and came back with a card in our own language (Dutch) to congratulate us and wish us a magical stay! The outdoor seating area has reclined seath which were perfect for unwinding after a hot and busy day in the parks. The room we had was beautifully decorated, the bed was comfortable, and upon entering for the first time we were greeted by lo-fi jazz renditions of MCU music and a personalized welcome message on the TV in our native language. Speaking of which, the TV is hidden inside the large mirror and uses chromecast to stream your streaming service(s) of choice. The setup for this was easy and worked throughout our stay. Below the tv you'll find a stylish desk and mini fridge. The bathroom is spacious enough with a bathtub and shower, bodywash, shampoo, conditioner and handsoap all in stock (with a very nice citrus-y scent), large mirror, shaving mirror, bluetooth speaker and of course a toilet, behind a matte glass sliding door. The breakfast buffet was diverse and honestly, you can't go wrong here no matter what you choose to eat. We ordered room service on our last night, and let me tell you, the lobster mac 'n' cheese is to die for! We had cheesecake as desert, and the taste and texture were perfect! Just thinking back has my mouth water. My compliments to the chef! All in all, we had a magical stay and I definitely would love to come back here! Last but not least, my compliments to the unsung superheroes, the cleaning staff! Keep up the good work!

This is the cooooooooolest hotel I've ever stayed in! I was mesmerized by the paintings and decoration every where I looked, I couldn't get enough of it! I think I took more pictures at the hotel than I did at Disneyland. I could share 100 pictures but I won't spoil the surprise for you :D Location is amazing, only 10 minutes walking to the parks and everything around the hotel is also very beautiful. I really recommend taking some time to explore the hotel thoroughly, you'll find amazing things! There's a place where you can take pictures as Marvel heroes, I loved that! Each floor has a specific hero and several paintings of that specific one, worth walking around to see them all! Staff is very friendly, eager to help and talk about the hotel, I felt very welcomed. The room is big, very comfortable and clean, everything seems brand new. I LOVED that when you turn on the TV (which is inside the mirror!) you get the default Marvel movie entrance with your name in the language you selected. A small but very nice surprise for me and my husband. I also really loved the app to open the door, I felt like I was part of S.H.I.E.L.D. back in the day xD we were at the Thor floor so it had Mjolnir. One thing to note is that if you take the Disney shuttle from the airport to the hotel, it is almost the last stop it makes so it takes more than one hour with not much traffic to get there. Have 0 complaints, really recommend it and hope to stay there again when we go back to Paris.

Disappointing Stay Despite Disneyland’s Magic While Disneyland and Walt Disney Studios were simply amazing—exceeding our expectations in every way—the New York Art of Marvel Hotel was a major letdown. The parks were magical and impeccably managed, but unfortunately, the same can’t be said about our stay at this hotel. The location is the only true perk here, with easy walking access to both parks and Disney Village. However, everything else about our experience at the hotel left us disappointed. The food and drinks were outrageously overpriced, with bland, poor-quality options that left much to be desired. It felt like a complete waste of money, as the dining experiences were neither enjoyable nor satisfying. Our room was uncomfortably cold, with no heater to combat the chill. We had only a loud, ineffective air conditioner that barely reached 22°C (72°F), which did little to warm the space. The tea kettle was also contaminated and unusable, and the room itself was poorly cleaned, with torn bed sheets and several worn-out furnishings that gave the place a neglected feel. To add to the frustration, there wasn’t even a minibar available. For the price, we expected a quality experience to match the magic of Disneyland, but sadly, the New York Art of Marvel Hotel missed the mark in almost every way. We left feeling let down by what should have been an extension of the magic we experienced in the parks.

Wow! Feel the atmosphere of avengers in every part of this hotel, you surely will not be disappointed. Lobby, service, rooms everything is fulfilled with Marvel heroes. Even laundry services are made in a thematic way. Restaurants are not working all day round, but you can order the delicious cuisine right inside your room 24/7. There is a green square right behind the hotel. Each day in the evening there are many kids playing games there. That's the place you can get rid of them from 22:00 till 23:00 and let them entertain each other.
