We picked a Minnie Mouse statue from the shelf that we really liked and placed it on the counter to pay. At the same time, our baby started crying and we had to turn our attention to her. In this moment of inattention, the employee behind the counter switched Minnie Mouse to a Mickey Mouse statue instead and wrapped it. We didn't discover this until we got to the hotel room, and we had no plans to go back to Disneyland during our holiday. The return train ticket would also have cost the same as the statue if we were to travel there again to exchange it for the one we picked off the shelf.
