Close to the Zeil, reasonable easy to reach, size totally OK for normal sized cars (limousine / sedan). Just be aware that the road leading to it is close to a pedestrian zone and has quite a few zebra crossings - so plan to arrive a bit early to not feel annoyed because you need to wait a few minutes for lots of people walking around shopping.
Ticketing happens via license plate recognition, you can pay at physical machines before exiting or use a web-app that is advertised by QR codes around the building (at the time of writing it's https://pay.arivo.app/ ).
About 15 to 20 EV chargers (3 phase AC, bring your own cable) on the first floor next to the elevators, operated by Mainova. Pay via Charging Card worked fine for me (Octopus Electroverse).

Read moreThe customer service is atrocious. Not speaking for all the staff members because some were kind except for this one man. We had a car breakdown a couple days ago and as you can imagine we were all extremely stressed and exhausted. We spent two days trying to get that car in a better state and out of there. Not to mention after a tow service did arrive, he created a massive discussion putting even more stress on everybody. This kind of breakdown can happen to anybody, we still aren’t sure what caused my cars breakdown. I would advise you to park in a better garage, somewhere you’ll get decent customer service if this were ever to happen to you. For example,...

When we still didn't know what happened and were about to leave so as not to waste the time of the gentleman behind, the robot spoke again, and he began to apologize to the gentleman behind. Okay seems like we spent so „much „time in front of the machine. Hahaha this is so ridiculous, because the gentleman ahead of us in line also took some time and the machine was very quiet.
I have to suspect that this Mr. Machine is...
