Amoeba - HM Leisure — Attraction in Bengaluru

I recently had the opportunity to visit Amoeba - HM Leisure during a team outing organized by my company, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. It was my first time trying bowling, and I had always wanted to give it a shot. I was thrilled when I finally got the chance at Amoeba.

Upon entering the venue, the staff promptly instructed us to change into special shoes and wear socks for better grip on the slippery floor. Their attention to safety and ensuring a good experience impressed me right from the start. Once we entered the bowling area, we were asked to enter our names and began playing two rounds of set 10. The excitement and enjoyment were unparalleled, and before we knew it, we were both exhausted and hungry, having had an absolute blast.

Personally, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Amoeba because not only did I learn the game of bowling, but I also had the opportunity to build stronger relationships with my managers, team members, and other colleagues. Our Director, Shruthi Karanam, made an excellent choice in selecting this place for our team outing. I am incredibly grateful to her for providing us with a wonderful experience and the chance to create lasting memories.

The front two desk employees are fraud. They tried to cheat us and I am sure that they must have cheated so many people. It was a credit card fraud which they attempted. If you ever go there then make sure that you check your bank statement immediately to see how much money they have taken from your card. Don't forget to take the receipt

We bought two games worth Rs 1200 and gave the credit card for the payment. They gave me the card payment machine to enter the pin code. I entered the pin code and then he took the machine back ( away from my sight) and swiped their Ameoba card 4 times and told me that the payment has not gone through. I asked him then give me the payment decline slip but he said there is no slip because it just showed on the screen. He asked me to re-enter the pin which I did. He said the payment has gone through and now you can go play.

Luckily I checked by phone for the payment confirmation from my bank and noticed that the payment has gone twice. I asked him why have you taken payment twice but in response he asked me contact my bank for refund if the payment has gone twice. I said to him that my bank wouldn't know whether I bought one game or two games/ you deliberately has taken payment twice and you know that what you have done (i had seen him swiping the Amoeba card 4 times). I knew exactly what he was trying to do and sent a message to the fraud team of the bank. The two front desks were sweating and they knew that I have caught them red handed.
