Paris Panini has been on our list for a really long time and finally we visited their outlet on Church Street. The blue theme of the restaurant is very catchy and the ambiance is nice and cute. Their story is pretty inspiring, starting out as a food truck, to now having many outlets across Bengaluru, they are loved and adored by the city folks. We tried the following while we were at Paris Panini.
French Vanilla Biscuit Shake is a thick shake that contains their famous Vanilla biscuit. It is one of their specialties and it was very tasty indeed. Since it is a thick shake it will fill you up quite easily, so it’s better you share this with someone so that you have space to try out more.
Hazelnut Hot Chocolate, yet another specialty on the menu was mind blowing. The hot chocolate was thick, had the right amount of cocoa powder and was served with a biscuit that was truly splendid.
Aime Panini was our first gourmet sandwich. This had peri peri chicken with southwest sauce, onions, and red paprika. We liked the texture of the buns that were used, and the spicy touch thanks to the peri peri flavor and the southwest sauce. This is surely for those who love to have a spicy sandwich.
Hugo Panini contained fried chicken with onions, basil mayo, southwest sauce, lettuce, fresh mozzarella, and tomatoes. After having Aime, we were hoping this would be even better but we felt the fried chicken was not as good as how the peri peri chicken tasted. Fried chicken lovers however may enjoy this dish a lot more than the rest of us. You can add some French fries to your sandwiches as well.
Butter Garlic Prawns was the best side dish at Paris Panini. What a truly magnificent tasty dish, the buttery prawns cooked in garlic and coated all over, mesmerizing indeed.
Traditional Tiramisu was our choice for dessert and we were so glad to have chosen this. Served with Coffee Ice cream this Tiramisu might have been one of the best we have had in the city of Bengaluru.
Parking on Church Street will surely be a challenge but apart from that we did not face anything bad at Paris Panini. The staff help you in understanding the sandwiches, and suggest according to your preferences as well. You can find them at 20, Church Street, Bangalore.

Read moreIt was a pleasant sunday afternoon. I walked into this gourmet sandwich cafè run by a French origin, chef Nicolas Grossemy. The moment I stepped into this place, it evoked all the memories of how being in a cafè in the UK, European regions will feel like. It is an ostentatiously designed sandwich cafè and I just can't appreciate enough how chef Nicolas turned this small food truck start-up into an empire encompassing 15 branches around Bengaluru. Sante monsieur !! Coming to the food, I ordered 9 of their dishes and they go by the names Mathieu, Jean, Jacques, Victor, Patrik, Estella (veg) Paninis (with 5'' classic Panini bread), alongside greek salad with grilled chicken, Bacon-cheese sauce loaded signature fries and ceasor salad (meal option) and I'm not pondering to state that this should be a place to cafè hop for exquisite Paninis and sides/appetitizers. The desserts too have good reviews, however I didn't order any. The Mathieu, Jean, Jacques, Patrick Paninis were chef's kiss and they must be attributed to this shop's success. Especially their Mathieu served with their french dip and Jean Paninis were to die for..... I'm spellbound. You guys can definitely reconsider ordering Victor, Estella Paninis. It really didn't taste as good as the others. They were average. Jacques and Patrick Paninis are certainly worth a shot as well. Their Bacon-cheese sauce loaded signature fries were good as well. Ceasor salad failed to win over my heart, nevertheless, the Greek salad with grilled chicken stole the show. It absolutely incredible. One of the best salads I've had in a long time. The fillings & portion sizes were generous and adequate. Overall, I'm very glad I had a very good time here and the service was warm, patient and very generous. Attributes to Viman, Prem & Koko. Great hosting guys ! Until next time, hopefully :) Merci...
